Madison's POV

“Andy,” My lips trembled slightly as my eyes prickled with tears threatening to form. I let my figure lean on his and wrap my arms around his waist, crying softly into his chest.

Andy used his free arm to rub against my shoulder, making shushing noises with his lips.

“It’ll be okay, Maddy. It’s all just a phase in your life,” He consoled, now playing with my hair.

I tried to listen to Andy but it wasn’t helping. I felt more and more stuck with the thing to do next.

“What do I do now?” I separated from his embrace, sniffling a little. I sat up on the couch still facing him, nose already beginning to red and clog up.

“You meet the bank, Maybe in two days.” He suggested.

“I'll go tomorrow,” I shook my head. It’s better done as soon as possible.

“No. You need to rest, you’re pregnant remember? You've had enough walking around for a week.” Andy declined, patting my stomach gently.

2 Days later

“I’m meeting the bank manager today, Rose. Did you send the email regarding the pos
