Coming Term

On the day when Josephine was pulled from the duchy castle, she was settled on the horse. The man who had kidnapped her or perhaps saved her had worn a hood and fabric that covered half of his lower face. She couldn’t tell who it was by the eyes and the lack of light from the moon. She wanted to know who it is but thought it was better to stay quiet as she watched the speed that their horse had galloped at. If she were to fall now, she doubted her wound would be pretty for her to endure.
