Author Note: I just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone for the support over the last 4 weeks. I know I have already explained, but I am grateful for the support, kind words, the DM's and the amazing comments, reviews, etc. I ended up having surgery on my eye in the end to repair the drum, as it was in a bit of a mess (we didn't know until we got the swelling down.) That knocked me on my ass but I am feeling better already. Although I still can't hear and sometimes get bad pain, so bear with me, but I plan to update every weekday to start with, and once I feel back to my normal dickhead-ish self, I will be back to 7 days a week! Thanks again guys! Your amazing X
Lottie POV "Chase... What about your mother and father?" I asked, knowing I would not like the answer he was about to give; I tried to keep the pain from my voice. "My mother is dead. Once she had served her purpose, my father no longer needed her," he expressed, with a shrug that I knew was forc
Kane POVIt all happened in slow motion; the idea of sharing Charlotte with that demonic filth and the way he had spewed his poison had been too much for Knox, and before I could reach out to him, he had lunged. His eyes glowed with the redness of Havoc. I had felt the anger detonate inside him at t

Kane POV I stood there, frozen, my eyes fixed on the empty space where the portal had closed just moments ago. My girl had been taken from me, ripped away by some demon with unknown powers. "Charlotte!" I whispered, my mind spinning, trying to comprehend what had just happened. Tears streamed down
"Charlotte is out there somewhere, alone and afraid, and I am powerless to save her." I said coldly, sucking down the sob that threatened to escape my throat. Havoc's fur ruffled as he threw his head back and let out a gut-wrenching howl that broke my heart further. "Chase is with her, he won't let
Knox POV I stood before my brother, feeling the weight of my guilt crushing me. Every fibre of my being screamed at me to come clean, to spill the truth that had been gnawing at my soul since the demonic freak had appeared today. But fear had been holding me back. Fear of losing Kane, fear of Lot
Kane POV"Any deal we had with you.. is over.." Charlotte demands as she pushes between Knox and me. "You see, I was careful with my wording.. The deal only stood if those I loved remained protected.. You hurt Knox,""I did not put that blade in his side." Asatroth laughed stepping closer, but Charl
Chase's POV"That's enough, Astaroth," The almighty Selene declared, her voice calm but commanding."You... How dare you interfere!" His eyes widened, a flicker of annoyance breaking through his usually unflappable demeanour. Despite Selene's sweet voice, there was an unmistakable trace of irritatio

Chase's POV"Get Lottie out of here!" Liam yelled to Kane and Knox. I spared a quick glance to make sure they were moving, but my attention was torn between the battle and the unpredictable energy emanating from Lottie."We need to go, now!" Kane grabbed Lottie's hand, urgency dripping from his voic
Chase's POVAstaroth lingered in the doorway, his satisfied smirk sending a chill down my spine. The grand chamber felt oppressive, the air thick with otherworldly energy that set my nerves on edge. I caught Liam's eye across the room; we both knew we needed to get Lottie and the others out of here—
Kane's POVWe continued our climb, more cautiously this time. The winged demons maintained their circling above but kept their distance. The reddish sky intensified the dramatic ambience, casting warm, golden shadows that made the setting feel even more isolated and formidable. I stayed close to Lot

Chase's POVBack in the extravagant bedroom, we closed the door behind us. I leaned back against the cool, ornate wood, feeling the chill seep through my shirt and into my skin as I watched Liam. The cold served as a stark contrast to the heat of the emotions swirling inside me. Liam leaned against
