Raven’s POV

After spending what felt like an eternity trying to force my eyes open, I came to the realisation they already were. If it wouldn’t have been for the lack of breeze and stale yet rotten odour, I would have thought I was outside. There was no light, no sounds to remotely give away where I might be. I wanted to stand, to try and find some way out but feared what else may be in here with me. Whatever and wherever here is.

“H…hel…hello…” the softest of whispers echoed around me catching my off guard. Traps and animals I had half expected, but not another person.
