Chapter 5 

I can't stop wondering what this was about. The stares makes me feel uncomfortable. Those lustful eyes.

And my greatest fear was because those stares weren't coming from  Alpha's son  Zain at all but rather he's father... Alpha King Vixen.

It sent goosebumps all over my body.

I felt the urge to ask him if he wants to undress me with he's eyes but I had to keep my mouth shut as this alpha wasn't any one to be joked with.

I gulped down a mouthful of my own saliva when I noticed another person staring at me just the same way the king Alpha vixen just did. I followed his eyes at watched as they landed on my exposed cleavage.

What the heck!

Was he staring at my.... Br...!

I immediately used my hands to cover my upper body that was exposed but it didn't get any better as my hands only puffed them up.

I huffed in frustration and looked at everyone in the room just to notice that I'm the center of attention.

I just want the ground to open and swallow me now.

"Is she the one?" A loud voice echoed in the room.

"Yes she is." My alpha confirmed.

And again alpha vixen looked at me.

Something was off I noticed, while Alpha Vixen and this man with him which I guess is the beta  were staring at me like lost fools, Zain didn't even spare me a glance.

Then my worry heightened.

Not because I want him to look at me, but what if Alpha Vixen himself is the person.... No, what if he's my mate!? 

That can't be.

"Okay I think is time we leave now!" Alpha King Vixen said all of a sudden leaving everyone in surprise and suspense, my alpha wasn't exempted.

He raised he's left brow and gave a look that says ' Did I say something wrong?'.

My alpha cleared he's throat and said, " I hope after this we would be at peace? " He asked curiously.

Instead of replying directly to the question, he tilted he's head and stared at me before saying, " She can be the only problem. "  

Seriously, how can I be the only problem.

Soon my alpha gave me a sharp look and I retorted by glaring hard at him.

"You really are a stubborn brat!" He said as he made he's way towards me.

"Not so fast, even if you can't respect her but for the fact her mate is here I think she deserves it." The man who was beside Alpha Zain said for the very first time.

"Forgive my manners." My alpha apologized.

"Your manners indeed. " Alpha King Vixen mocked.

If someone don't stop them now i think this wouldn't end well.

My alpha gave off an awkward laugh, " what I said I'm sorry." He said pretentiously.

"Whatever." Alpha King Vixen said in nonchalance.

"Dad can we leave already." Alpha Zain said for the very first time.

If not for he's statement I would have just described how melodious he's voice sounds.

Is he this dumb? No someone has to ask him.

Isn't this the same statement he's father just said that brought about his awkwardness. 

"Why leave so fast? At least having a drink or two isn't bad you know." Our pack's gamma said.

I watched as Alpha king Vixen found it hard to do but he later gave in at last. 

There was a little celebration... Celebration? Nope not at all, they just took a drink to their satisfaction.

I lifted my eyes and for the first time, I and Alpha Zain looked at each other in the eye. I can't explain the kind of feeling I got when he stared down at me in those tender gaze which later turned to a dark, frosty look. 

I gulped and looked away when he asked " Do you ever talk?" 

I froze in the chair as I stared at him in utter disbelief.

"You don't have to answer." He snorted and looked away like he didn't say anything.

After some much drinking, they all got up prepared to leave. Fera gripped my heart and moist formed in my  eyes because I know for sure that I'm leaving my pack to a foreign land.

My wolf purred, I can't guess if she was excited or sad I just know that I'm not happy, no, not at all.

*Don't worry we would be happy* My wolf said to me.

Is this excitement or what exactly is laced in her voice? 

This is not the the time for that, I chided my self.

Soon I felt a hot breath on my face, I looked up and saw my alpha looking at me with a grim expression. 

"You heard what Alpha king Vixen said, you can only be the problem and i wouldn't want that else..."

"I  would be killed in cold blood just like my dad."  I completed he's sentence before he could. 

I was a pro at noticing people's behavior, I watched as I saw something flashed through his eyes but he was quick to mask it off, anyways I still caught it.

"Little one!" Alpha Vixen said to me.

I can't tell if that's a compliment or he's actually calling me or maybe even mocking me.

I was tempted to roll my eyes at him but I controlled my self.

The next minute I saw Eliza my step mom and Tessa including few of my relatives.

Some stared at me in pity while some stared at me like I'm a forbidden being these sets of people includes my step mom and sister.

"Go, don't ever come back, you don't deserve to!" Tessa screamed out loud.

"Do you think you yourself deserve anything good?" Jace questioned her.

Tessa became tongue tied because I guess she wasn't expecting him to be this rude to her.

"Your pack members are full of drama queens and kings." Alpha King Vixen mocked.

Everyone could only keep their mouths shut.

None knows if this is for agony or freedom but... A loud cry was heard!
