Raven's pov.

The knock on my door was pretty weird. It was almost 10pm and I hardly received any visitors except Jace who came to check on me once in a while.

Jace had been busy these days and usually called everyday to make sure I was fine but he hadn't called today so in order to keep myself from worrying, I decided to watch a movie.

I knew he was probably with Tessa and wouldn't want anyone to interrupt their privacy. There were mates according to what he told me and I knew how protective they would be of each other. That's why I gave them some space. Being a third wheeler wasn't fun at all.

"Jace, is that you?" I dropped my bowl of popcorn on the couch as I moved towards the door to let him in.

"Jace?" I called but when I opened the door, I received the shock of my life. It was a man I had never seen before and he had a huge bag on his back.

He was wearing a huge cap and a face mask which allowed me to see only his eyes.
