The chance

Queen stood beside the car for a long time looking at the card and money in her hand and she could not believe it .she was not used to accepting gifts from men but she could not deny this one.

She was raised with the adage that no man will give a lady anything for free . Her fears were that how will he demand to be paid. Recalling his domineering aura she could not feel well and she kept thinking she might have gotten herself in trouble.

After contemplating all the possible outcomes , she decides that whatever comes her way she will encounter it .

'Boss the meeting will begin in ten minutes '

The secretary said handing Mr Davian some documents.

'Thank you '

The boss replied and took the documents.

Mr Davian is the Chairman of the Davian Group corporation .

A company that has entertainment industry, the real estate , three five star hotels and an insurance company .

The Davian corporation has a net worth of trillions in the business industry and one of the most developing and influential company.

Mr Davian took over the corporation two years ago after graduating from the city university one of the prestigious university in Ratar city .

He is the first born in a family of three and the obligation fell under his hands after his father was flown abroad for treatment.

Mr Davian kept a low key profile and not many people knew him except the prominent business men and women of the wealthy families.

The Davian corporation has assets all over the seven provinces of Coast line country . which makes the corporation one of the top business group in the country.

The head offices situated at Ratar city because its in the middle of the country and it makes it easy to run other companies.

They own seventy percent of the wealth and other companies abroad .

At the conference room 

Mr Davian addresss the shareholders and directors of the progress of the corporation .

This was the annual meeting to debate the progress and evaluation of the projects at hand .

All the members present nod in agreement and applaud the efforts of the president , since Young Master Davian took over the directors have found a good time dealing with them and investors kept coming to seal deals with them .

This made the profits double and the shareholders were happy with the progress .

So he found no hard time to explain it to them .

The conference rooms was full of smiles because the target had been met and with a slight addition . They were looking forward to celebrating the summer together and enjoy the hard work .

"Mr Davian is a good man , he works smart and is capable of running this huge company " 

One director compliments the Young master looking at his colleague 

"Yes he is an amazing man , I wish he was my son-inlaw , I will be the happiest " 

Director Sam says 

' I heard he is not yet married , many ladies must be dying to have him even for a night ' 

The other director responds 

The meeting ended and Mr Davian takes the elevator to his office .

Just as he was about to open his door . The phone rings .

"Hello ?" A female voice says on the other side .

'Yes hello to , how a you ?"

Comes the response 

" Thank you for your assistance yesterday , I really appreciate "

The female voice echoed 

Mr Davian realises that it is Queen and weird smile forms in his face .He is happy that finally she called him.

'You are welcomed , don't worry I will treat you better next time' 

" No am okay , don't bother yourself too much about me " 

"Its not like that Queen , its just that I like your personality and will like having a chat with you " 

Her heart starts to beat faster after hearing his words 

You will pay for it now 

She thought she was free from him but now she was helpless .

' I have some work to attend to , I will call you later ' 

His baritone voices comes before even giving her time to answer.

Then he hungs the phone and moves to his office

"Queen tell us where you were last night we were worried about you ".

He friends ask her with concerned looks 

" just tell us please , you smell sweet dear ,this fragrance is alluring " 

Another girl says 

They kept pestering her until she had to tell them the whole story.

"Let's check his identity in the internet" 

They all propose to her 

They all take their phones and start searching .

"What ? , did you say Mr Davian or someone else " 

Carol asks surprised .

The only Mr Davian they knew was the President of  a corporation. He graduated two years ago with a masters in Finance and Management .

He is from the wealthiest family in the country and he is not yet married .

Her friends could not believe it .

"Tell us dis you sleep him, how was it  , you can use it to acquire money " 

" No I did not , He helped me and  I did not know him " 

" You have missed a life time chance " 

" what do you mean by that " 

" if it was me I would have seduced him and make sure we  do it " 

" Am not that kind of a woman , how do I just fall for a stranger " 

All the ladies laugh at her 

She feels angered but she suppressed her anger in her heart .

She also realizes the chance she had a curses herself inside .

She imagined his looks and she grits her teeth in anger . Many thoughts criss cross her mind and she feels helpless .

But she recalls that he promised to call back .

What if he knows that am still a college girl and from a poor family will call .

She feels sad . Because it is rare for the poor and the rich to miggle together .

She feels that if she had seized the chance , she would he happy .

But again she feels relieved because of the impression she left .

With that in mind a flicker of joy forms in her heart . 

Her friends are busy trying to out play her . they sent pictures to him . liked all his Facebook pages and followed him in Instagram and Twitter .

They all go for lunch discussing Mr Davian and Queen feels upset and envious .why do these bitches want to steal her man .

While having lunch , Queen's phone rings . She looks at the caller identity and smiles .

Then she excuses herself .
