The shareholders called Mr Davian and congratulated him for choosing an outstanding Personal Assistant claiming that not most of the assistant can present like the way she did.

They further noticed that she kept a detailed account of the project and no one would dare to contradict with what they had agreed earlier . 

This project considering its a mutli- billion one requires accurate assessment and evaluation something that came out of the of the presentation .

In addition they advised him not to pile a lot of work on her and let her deal with the project  . This will help her keep focus of all the procurementa and processes.

Mr Davian maintained an authoritarian attitude while dealing with them to drive away any jokes that may demean his position.

Mercy stared at the two human beings in front of her and decided to walk in . She never expected to find Mr Davian in this small apartment given the fact that he lives in a villa with all sorts of stuffs.

However she gets it clear that the love he has for her friend is what does not give him peace in the villa .

She imagines if one day she will get someone to love her and cherish her like any other woman. 

All men that approached her tend to use her resources to their benefit and leave . while the school guys only want to get her for show off and nothing like building a future with . 

She decided not to trust men that much and focus on her studies . Until when she is done with her studies and ready to settle.

"Join us for breakfast " 

Queen welcomes her .

She takes the seat and serves herself. 

"Good morning , Mr Davian ?"

She greets him and pauses to look at him .

"Good morning to you Mercy , how are you ?"

He responds looking at her .

At this time Queen has gone to kitchen to fetch more buns . 

They look at each other without saying a word and Mercy feels like his eyes are penetrating all her body , thus she looks away from him .

"Am fine , what about you ? " 

She finally managed to say it .

"Am fine as you can see , this place is cool and calm. The neighborhood seems friendly " 

"You haven't been here for long yet you say so " Mercy questions him .

"Am I lying " he snapps 

Mercy did not expect him to scold her and she just decides to take a sip of her tea silently . Good enough Queen shows up with buns. She looks at them only to notice they are not quite in agreement .

She takes her sit and starts to appraise Mr Davian for preparing such a delicious breakfast.

Mercy cuts her shot "You mean Jr made the breakfast ?" 

"Yes as I have said just how delicious it is , how I wish I could stay with him and enjoy thid kind of services" Queen flatters Mr Davian.

"Wow , such a handsome man with good kitchen abilities is rare to find , if you don't keep him well I will snatch him from you " Mercy teases her .

They laugh together at her joke and continue with the meal .

His phones beeps and he picks it up . 

"Sir , the number you reported to be investigated belongs to a computer expert know by the name Single . we have gone further to note that he is a driver of the Young Master of the Bakers family in the next streeth . He is known to hack vehicles and drive them using his computer . In addition it seems they have been targeting you " .

"Yes just go on , am listening to you " Mr Davian answers.

" There company was denied tenders of the continuing project and they feel pissed of by your decisions during the awarding of the tenders . Am just asking my master which phone you used to help them ?" 

Mr Davian is not surprised to hear this because the Young master of the Bakers family has been his rival since high school .

This happened after he saved a girl from the hands of this wicked man . He was forcing himself on the Lady and He decided to help her . The girl thanked him and broke up with the guy .

In addition in campus during a faculty visit to a finance institution Mr Davian came across him beating one of the students and decided to help him and free him from his attacker .

Since then they have never been on clean sheets with each other . He dared not offend him because he was a student leader at campus and could determine his fate .

Moreover he had a huge back up of all the students in class and outside something that deterred him from staging a fight from him . 

Now that both of them had taken over their families fortunes he dared to try and intimidate him . 

He just smiled and informed his Information Technology expert to shut down the site they are using to follow him up and block all associated domains with that website . 

He hung up and looked outside to see his car still packed where he left last night . 

He dials a number and orders for the bankruptcy of the Bakers family companies and assets all over the province .

The Davian corporation is one of the largest corporation in the country having assets in the seven provinces worthy billions of money and whoever dares to rival them have long been forgotten .

The Baker's family is second rate family with a net income of $500 million . which only amounts to one company in the Davian corporation . 

All the families in the seven provinces have allegiance to the Davian corporation and whoever dares to cross the Davian corporation have crossed all the families of the top rich men .

Jason Davian Mr Davian's father started this corporation with seven of his friends each from different province and they made him their master because he had the highest shares .

After several years of business he supported his friends and they allowed him to open companies in theirs provinces . To support them and offer security to their assets .

Thus the influence of Davian corporation grew to outstanding levels and no one could compete them .

President Jason trusted his friends and allowed them to run some of his companies in their provinces .

He introduced Mr Davian to them while he was still in high school and they got to love him and obey him . 

Mr Davian recognized all of them and followed the steps of his father after taking over the Davian corporation . 

The elders never hesitated and they introduced their sons to him . Mr Davian was easygoing and made friendship ties with his agemates .

Among all of the Mr Lincoln won his trust and that's why he entrusted him with their assets in Goodlife Province .

This made Lincoln's father very happy because it raised their standard to the top of the rich families in Good life province .

Mr Lincoln studied Finance and management like Mr Davian but he was a genius . He often helped Mr Davian solve complex mathematics questions back at highschool and even when they were in the  university  though they were not in the same university .

Mr Davian always visit Lincoln every year to enjoy the climate of Good life province and it was during one of this visits that he promised to make him the CEO of their property in Good life province .

Mr Lincoln advised him once he takes over he will start an Investigation and Security company that will protect all the assets in the province and he will offer help to him when in need .

This idea impressed him much and they kept in touch . Mr Lincoln had a cousin who had studied Criminology and criminal justice with applied computer science something that gave sense to his idea .

After taking over the Davian corporation Mr Davian  called Mr Lincoln and he travelled to Good life province to crown his friend as the New CEO of the Davian assets in Goodlife Province .

They celebrated and enjoyed themselves during the party .

Lincoln's father was the best friend to Jason Davian and he was happy to hear what his son ( Davian ) had done to appoint Mr Lincoln the CEO of their property .

Ten minutes later the news of the bankruptcy of the Baker's family had spread all over the province .

The media had taken it fast and the bulletins were all over . The radio station to the billboards on the streets had focused their attention to the news .

The whole thing happened very fast that the Young master of the Bakers family could not understand it . 

Back at the Baker's family mansion the Old master was furious to his son .

" I have always told you to not cross anyone in this province , explain to me who did you offend. If you can't find a suitable explanation I will disown you this minute . see what you have brought to the Bakers family . what will your grand father say when he gets this news .  Prepare for the meeting I want all of you in the board room in the next ten minutes " the furious master ordered .

The mood was tense and deadly at the meeting the whole family was shocked to hear the news . 

Just a few days ago they had earned the huge profit after completing the interior design of a hotel in Goodlife province . 

The other family members had just established the company's branch there after noticing the huge losses they were experiencing  in this province .

They were clever enough and never used the Bakers name as the company's name .

Its then that they noticed that one of the Baker's members must have offensed a top rich family in the province but they were not sure who it was and how he or she had offended the family .

The young master looked down and recalled the first incident he bullied Mr Davian back in kindergarten . when he was the class monitor . He hated him because all the girls wanted to sit near him . This made him furious and he often bullied him .

After a year the Bakers family lost ties with the Davian family and became rivals by then the Davian family was not super rich but still they were above the Bakers family in money and assets .

All the eyes were fixed on the Young Master .

He had no otherwise but narrate the whole story from Kindergarten to university .

The whole family was shocked after hearing this confession .

They advised him to go and beg Mr Davian for forgiveness of be thrown out of the family . His father threatened to disown him .

The meeting was dismissed but they were not sure if it was The Davian family that had the root cause to their troubles because many family had made their way to the top table and they had many enemies too considering the arrogance of their son .

After finishing the breakfast Mr Davian spoke to Queen about his vacation to Goodlife province .

She made him make a call to jet dad to make the partnership and offer tenders before they could go . Mercy too convinced him and he had no otherwise but link the James family and Jones family with the Davian family .

He called his Personal Assistant and instructed her to meet Albert James the father to Queen and Peter Jones the father to Mercy .

Mercy offered to look after Queen's house because she had some work to attend in the university .

"Come with me " Mr Davian said to Queen after attending to her request .

They left together holding each other .
