ANNE'S POV

"Cadel calm down." I called out to him as he paced furiously around my room.

"How are you so calm? She could have hurt you." He said.

"Yes I know but she didn't so just let it go." I muttered softly.

He had been like this ever since he brought me into my room.

"Don't tell me to let it go. I've had enough of her." He said.

"If it weren't because of my relationship with her brother and Nicole, I would have had her thrown out the minute she tried to deliberately splash that coffee on you." He spat out angrily again.

"You noticed that too?" I asked in surprise.

I didn't think anyone except me saw past the perfect facade Celyn had been putting on.

"Yes, it's hard not to notice and I'm not as gullible as the rest of my siblings, her petty tricks don't work on me." He explained.

"Why didn't you tell me?" He asked, turning to look at me with a deadpan look on his face.

"Sorry, I didn't want to ruin Nic's excitement and everyone else seems to like her so I didn't think they would be
