Negotiations part 2

Bruce handed him the tea and snacks, and sat down in front of him. He brought an coffee cup for himself.

Robin took a bite and calmed down. He glanced at him from the corner of his eyes. But Bruce looked outside the window, watching something.

Robin also looked out, to see some old people walking through the street in front of his house.

He smiled a little for the first time ever since Robin came here.

When he glanced back, Robin lowered his eyes away, sipping his tea.

Bruce straightens his posture and turned to him.

“You had been, sitting here for half an hour, and all you are drinking is tea. You aren’t speaking about the reason for coming here at all.”

“You didn’t came to drink tea, from all the way, did you?”.

Robin looks up, hearing the comment.

Bruce looked serious this time. He wasn’t joking.

Robin looked sideways to divert his attention. But he sighs, not able to think of anything.

He placed away his cup, and then turns to Bruce. He was determined to tell him the tr
