On the way, he talked with Lucy. They talked about the most trivial things in the world but that gave him enough peace.
When they were back at the hotel, he closed the door behind him and placed her on the bed gently, and went to change but before she was able to get up from her she held him by the hand.
She stopped him from getting up. '' What are you?''. She grabbed his hand on the bed and made him sleep beside her.
And then she kept snoring like crazy. He had no choice but to stay there. He also fell asleep before realizing it.
In the morning, Lucy saw him sleeping with her. She lets go of his hand right away.
'' My head hurts. How much did I drink last night that I can hardly recall anything? Must be my fault.''
