Tony was happy because everything went well. Micheal has accepted the letter of promotion and he is preparing to go to his new office. He thought that atleast that will ease the pain from his side . He never knew what he will do to appease to Jenny but he will try. Saying am sorry will not change the matter but atleast will let her know that he still love her and want her back. The fact remain clear that Jenny will not forgive him easily as Micheal did amd he knew that. Sitting in the office he looked at his desktop and sighs

"God help me I still love Jenny, I want my kids and want my family back as normal" he said softly to himself.

Jane got home, entered her room, changed her clothes and sat next to the television, for the last few minutes she heard told herself repeatedly that what had happened was by mistake and nor real.she had fallen for him but from the look on his face, he is not an easy and loving guy. What the hell. She need to control this . Thank God none of her classmates was present when they kissed. In the actual sense, she wished that it was real. She wished that they had made love together. She pictured having Kelvin touching, romancin....

"Jane are you okay" Micheal said. That stopped her truck of thinking. She instinctively looked at her uncle who sat next to her holding a cup of juice. What should I tell him?

"ugh, nothing uncle I was thinking about what happened at the field today" she said. Looking at her uncle face she knew that the answer she gave was not satisfactory enough. She had to say more.

"thinking, I don't really think you are, you are just slient for some few minutes and smiling like you are"

"nothing special uncle" she said cutting him short

"and uncle I will he in my room" she left. What is wrong again Micheal thought. Did something good happened but from the look on her face she was really happy about what happened. What could that be?

Wisdom got to the gym center a little bit later after having a quick bounce rounds with Sonia. She was sweet and hot and the best professional in doing this he thought. It has been the third time they are doing this since resumption. He found his friend next to the mini restaurant in the gym center.

"hey wizzy I heard that you are chosen to represent your college for the upcoming competition" he said when wisdom came close to him. He was eating some vegetables. Francis was physically built but he believes that his size was never enough. Wisdom nodded.

"I guess we are going to have a few bouts before you leave, are you ready?"

"poor boy" he chuckles "okay dockey, we can have that just know that I will be tough this time" he said

"I will take you in on that word".

Kelvin was in his big room. He had his, desktop in and looking at the project he was working on for one of his companies. He is a big and broad guy but with soft touches. His parent never had time for him because of their business and it hurt him. His relationship lifestyle had not be good and he remind himself for the tenth time that what he did to Jane was a mistake. He need to make an apology to her for his mistake. But did he really have to do that? What, no, not again. I can't be in love, he said softly, but he did not have the power to control the thought anymore. The kiss, the tougue touching each other and the hug. It was dazzling. She has charmed him into doing that and he had to fight it atleast not to cause another blood shed again. He sat on the bed, took his wine and sank on the bed "dear God save this little bird from this trap" he said.

Micheal was on the bed, looking at the ceiling of his room, he told himself he did the right thing by accepting the offer. What will he have to tell his aunty, is he a betrayal of trust or what?, he can't resist the post when it was offered by Tony to him. The pay, the influence and the benefits. They are enticing. Having a free travel every weekend to any part of the world and been given a good apartment, free medical checkup every two weeks and many more. God. He can't leave them out, not now, although his aunty have tried her best to help him financially but it did mlt define him as a man and now even at that post and with the influence he can bring the people that backstab him when he did the project for the financial sector of the country to book. He just need this now, "sorry aunty" and he burst into tears. The next morning was not good, the rain did not just wanna stop. Micheal blamed himself for not accepting the offer of the new apartment and car. Now he had to get to work inside the rain. Getting to work, he was wet, he went to have a change of clothes, entered his new office and surprisingly met Tony inside.

"good morning Michael" he said. Micheal was surprised and shocked to see the Ceo at his office

"good morning sir" he said politely.

"I knew that you must be shocked to see me in your office today, I am doing some kind of checking in each office, I hope you understand"

"yes sir I understand"

"that clears that, see you later" he walks briskly, stops at Michael position "put in your very best" and walk out of his office. Micheal let the tension dies from his face. Put in my very best, he thought. "I will surely do that" he said softly.

Getting to scholl the next day, Jane was not in a good mood to talk to anyone. She had been thinking about what happened yesterday, had a sleepless night because she was angry at herself. Why will she do that. It was so stupid of her. She did not even greet or talk to any of her friends. After a few minutes later in class, Kelvin came to her seat.

"I am very sorry about what happened yesterday". Jane look at him, the tempting stature, the handsome looks, oh my God, not this time.

"it's fine, I am also sorry" she said and look away from him

"so Jane can we be friends" he said with a smile. Jane went dead on her seat. Good God. He is offering her a friendship cheque, what would she do. She can't say no, not in the very state she is. Jane, get yourself together.

"okay, why not" she said with a smile. Kelvin could see that she was tensed. It was written all over her face. She can't just stop the expression. She is, indeed in love with him.

"okay Janny I will see you later" he touched her on her hands and left. She gave a relief sighs and closed her eyes. Dear God don't let me fall, please. A pat on her back, she opened her eyes and saw her friend. Beaky. "wow,what a cosy expression and feeling I smell here" she said smiling and took a seat beside Jane

"nothing really"

"nothing, I don't believe that, yoh soul d like you are tensed about something, tell me is something wrong or are you carried away by his looks and aura"

"nothing Beaky it just.." her voice trails off. Kelvin was coming back with two bottle of juice and snacks. Beaky caught the expression but decided to play dumb

"I think I have to go goodluck to you " she said and left. Jane looked at Beaky has she leaves. Please don't go but she couldn't bring herself to say that. She is really paralyzed with Kelvin Arua.

"hey are you okay" Kelvin said has he placed the juice and snacks on the table

"yeah sure" she said uneasily

"you don't look good to me Jane, is anything the matter" he asked. Not now, she did not want to talk to him and at the same time she want to, with a heavy sigh she looked at him "I don't really feel comfortable today with you or anyone else, I just want to be alone". Jeez that was wrong. She want to be with him.

"okay if you say so, here is the snack and juice I bought for you and when you are done getting yourself together let me know" then he left. No, she closer her eyes. I am going crazy, I mean crazy. She said to herself.

Micheal later found out that Tony did not check other offices apart from his. His secretary told him when he asked her. His works now is, less stressful. He had ordered for his car but put his new apartment to hold atleast till when his aunty cone and untill they talk it out.

"sir, the director of sector A want to see you" the secretary said on the telephone

"let him in" he replied. Director Matthew is a thin man with rough edges. He had a past that still hunt him and make him feels like he is some sort of failure.

"sir I am here to submit the record for the business activities in my sector" he said. Micheal looked up and was shocked. Matthew. His eyes aren't deceiving him, Matthew also shows the same expression. Matthew was part of the people that backstabed him when he was doing the project for the financial sector of the country.

"oh my God" Matthew said surprisingly, immediately Michael knew that the company will have a lot of screat that he nerd to uncover, he really need to.

"yeah" Micheal replied and they hugged eachother.

"how did you managed to get here" Matthew asked

"you can't understand Matt, it a long story". A moment of silence remained for a few seconds and that was it. He delivered the file and left his office.
