After the ball ended, Drake, Nyra and the others came back to the winter palace.
Nyra still couldn't ward off the feeling of dread. The words she heard from Christopher are still bugging her.
She understood that they are planning to send Drake away from the Fairy.
'But why? Why are they after Drake? They were after me untill recently, but they shifted their concentration from me to him. Why?' Nyra began to think.
No matter how hard she thought, she couldn't understand the reason.
'If I ask Drake, will he be able to tell me anything? May be, may be not. If it's something that would bother me, then he might hide it. So who would tell me about these elder's? Will they pose any threats to Drake? ' she thought.
'Who would tell me about all these?' She began to worry.
