Cat got your tongue

When Christopher was silent, Nyra sneered at him.

'You pounce when you think that the other party is weak and you keep quiet when you understand that you are out of your depths? How did I never notice this about you? How vile can you be?' Nyra thought.

Growing up, he is like a friend and brother to her. He was helpful and protective. He is older than her. He was so lucky that he found his mate when he was only 16 years. But then, tragedy struck and she died. 

After her death, he became a completely different person. He began to show more interest in her issues than necessary.

He began to crowd her and suffocate her with his involvement in everything she doesn't need. Nyra began to try and sneak out on him for some peace of mind. And then, he asked her grandmother for her hand in marriage, and everything spiraled out of control.

But now, looking at him, all she could feel is anger and pity.
