On the day of the ball, early in the morning, Dillon walked into the winter Kings chambers and demanded an audience with him.
Alvin was puzzled by Dillon's attitude.
'He is demanding an audience with me? You need to learn a lot young man. You are in my realm. Learn to respect the ruler here. You should request an audience, not demand it' Alvin thought with displeasure.
But still, as Dillon is his guest, he decided to give him what he requested for.
Dillon waited in one of the parlors for King Alvin for half an hour. He is getting impatient and angry.
'You dare to make me wait for this long Winter king? Wait until I marry your daughter. I will make sure to teach you a lesson' Dillon thought arrogantly.
But Alvin on the other hand is not at all in a hurry to entertain Dillon. He bathed and ate his breakfast leisurely.
After he is done with his morning routine, he walked to the waiting parlor, where he told Dillon to wait.
