Bloom pov

Right infront of me was not the normal and usual Maddox in wolf form . This was a beast , his eyes were no longer the plain deep dark eyes that show that his wolf is in control but instead they were blood red . His whole body was covered with dark matted fur . Metallic smooth spikes were protruding out of his body .

"Mate ,"my wolf whispered .

"No London that's not our mate that's something else ,"I replied trying to back away from Maddox.

"Alpha ,"Luke looks at the beastly form in front of us . Maddox's eyes dart on the both of us and suddenly rest on Luke's hand that is grabbing my wrist. His eyes glow red in fury.

"Stand back ," Luke yells as he instructs me . I nod my head in obedience and stand behind.

Maddox roars and swipes his paw at Luke . Luke falls with his back hitting on the bark of the tree .

"Maddox stop!"Tara screams as she stands while she tries to catch her breath. Maddox turns and faces her distracting him momentarily.
