I was working with Ryan in his office trying to figure out how to merge our packs without too much strain on our members. But no matter what we came up with we knew it was going to cause stress to our pack members. We had been going at it for two hours with no perfect answer. I was getting frustrated and so was Ryan. “ I hate to say this but there is no easy solution.” Ryan said. “ I’m right there with you. Do you want to revisit Lexi’s idea?” I asked. Ryan leans back in his chair and stretches his arms above his head. “ I’m thinking we should have done that from the start. We could have saved ourselves a headache.” Ryan yawns. “ Let’s look at the plans for the new pack house and see if it is doable.” I suggested.
