Cole’s POV

My parent’s murderer is coming for my family. He will not hurt Stella or my son. I though it was strange that we hadn’t had any issues with any rogues for a long time. I just thought the witches were scaring them away. Now I know they were working together.

I was also shocked to hear that Marius was still around. I thought we had killed him. My father’s warrior Jacob had pushed him over a cliff. I saw it happen so how was he not dead? None of this made any sense.

Devin knocks on the bedroom door. I stand up from the bed. “Stella, I need to talk to Devin. We need to make a plan.” I tell her. She nods and gives me a kiss.
