Tell on yourself

The sun has never shone brighter, the winds, stiller, the clouds, clearer, and Minx’s mood, better. Minx opened her eyes with carefulness as the sun rays from her window peered at her lovely face. She slept like a queen the previous night and her mother was up early to prepare breakfast like she always did.

Minx started to feel at home again, it felt like the good old days, nothing changed, only her attitude toward it. She became more appreciative of the littlest things and loved how her parents tried to protect her rather than feel locked up in a bottle like she used to.

Before going to bed last night, she had the thoughts of calling Gabriel to tell him that she was back but she waved off the thoughts immediately.

“Good Morning, Minx.” Mrs. Jackson said as she removed the sheets from Minx’s body and helped her out of the bed. She treated Minx like a princess since she got back. Minx would tell her to act natural, and it’s already enough that they took her back in and put their lives
