“He’s fine. I just drew his power to create a shield so that when we take off the pendant tomorrow, the wolf blood witches wouldn’t sense him.” Wendy said.

“Well, you should have given us a heads up. I was scared to death.” Daisy said.

“I’m sorry, please forgive me.” Wendy said.

“It’s alright. So, what are we gonna do now?” Daisy said.

“Just take him to bed. He needs to sleep to regain his strength, he’ll feel better tomorrow.” Wendy said.

“Don’t pull a stunt like that again without giving a heads up.” Seth said as he carried Jordan inside.

“I’m sorry.” Wendy said and left.

It was the next morning, Jordan had already woken up and prepared for practice.

“Mom, dad, I’m ready. Let’s have breakfast before I leave.” Jordan said with excitement.

They woke up and had breakfast with Jordan just as he requested. When they were done, Jordan went to the garage, Matthew was already waiting for him.
