“Help me, uncle Oli. I can’t feel my hand anymore.” Gabriel cried. Coupled with the added weight on his hand, it felt like there was no blood flowing in it anymore, like a burden that should be gotten rid of.

“Let’s get you home, maybe Dr. Bennett will know what to do.” Oliver said as he lifted Gabriel off the ground where he lay grimacing in pain.

Minx sat in the car, watching what was going on, she was too weak to move a muscle.

Oliver managed to take care of both of them until they got to the house.

“Help! Help! I need help here!” Oliver shouted the moment he alighted from the car. Almost everyone rushed out at the same time to see why Oliver raised such an alarm.

“Oh my! What happened to Gabriel? What’s that on his hand?” Daisy panicked as she looked at how uncomfortable her son was. He was sweating profusely and was breathing twice as fast as he normally did. His body was also turning pale and cold.
