Somehow, Gordon managed to get the hotel manager down to their room at that odd hour and he helped them to open the door.

Amanda wished she hadn’t left her bag in Harry’s room. Who knows? He may just track her down and start pestering her life. But something told her that their paths wouldn't cross ever again.

“I’m sorry for yelling at you, baby. You should go and wash up or do you want me to help you with that?” Gordon said as he hugged her and she rubbed her head.

“No, I’m fine. I can do it myself, thank you. I have bothered you enough for one night.” Amanda said.

“Okay then. Be good okay? Just call me when you need something okay?” Gordon said.

“Okay, babe. I’ll be with you shortly.” Amanda said and went into the bathroom. She heaved a deep sigh of relief when she got into the bathroom. She was brilliant! She was in character! Gordon believed her and even pities her.
