In order to shorten the time, our group and Luca's group decided to meet on the street.

We split into two cars. Me, Jake, Bastien and Vincent were in a car because I wanted to talk to Vincent before we got to Pack Basilisk territory. While Luca and Jordan were driving different cars, they followed closely behind.

Vincent looks fine even though he has been in detention for five days. Only his grave and serious expression seemed different from his usual demeanor.

"So it was Dimitri who took Caroline?" asked Vincent as soon as he got into the car.

I nodded and looked at him in the rearview mirror. "Yes. An hour ago the Basilisk member who escaped from his Pack told me."
