"Stop it, Caroline," Balthazar scolded in a commanding voice. Instantly all my strength disappeared and the tense atmosphere around us gradually returned to normal. I looked up at him slightly confused due to my Leykan power following Balthazar's orders more easily than my own.

Dimitri slumped to the grass below, out of breath, while Alex managed to get back up, albeit with a sore frown.
