Perhaps it's because most of my time just spent in the Capital, I was more impressed by the new atmosphere and scenery when we arrived at the original location of our meeting. The area was one of the small settlements on the eastern border of the kingdom. The number of houses we passed to arrive at the only inn could be counted by the fingers.
I rarely find people milling about on the streets. So I feel confident to lower the hoodie I'm wearing a little. Oh, by the way, before entering the residential area, Dylan bought simple clothes and a hoodie for me and Merri. We felt like we were back to being civilized humans after a long day naked.
The atmosphere in that area is much different from the atmosphere in the capital, which is always crowded with people passing by, and carriages that make their way back and forth on the streets.
I looked here and there enjoying the calming silence.
"That's the inn for the night before tomorrow we continue our journey to
Before I held you, I didn't know the world I live in was this bright. I reach you with a small breath of life. It's love that called out to me fearlessly. I like it so much. Watching over you always makes my heart flutter. Even when I was jealous, all of those ordinary moments filled my heart. In the dark eternity, in that long wait, like a ray of sunshine, you fell down to me.I started becoming greedy. I wanted to live with you and grow old with you. Hold your wrinkled hands, and say how warm my life was.It was just a blessing after that short encounter. You cried like rain, so do I. I wanted to be happy for once, but that made you cry. Forget everything you've been through and move on, with me. I can't promise eternity, but I will go to you when your breath calls out to me again.I didn't know that the world I live in today was this lovely. Pretty flowers bloomed and withered here. But your beauty will never fade...I squeaked w
Why does something like this happen when we're just having fun? There are always unexpected variables that interfere with the smooth running of our way. Well, but with the ups and downs of life, we will become stronger and grow as humans. Dylan hinted to me anyway that everything would be okay when he went elsewhere with the two officers. So, I just need to believe that.Meanwhile, Merri, Pasha, and I were asked to stay in this room until everything was finished. I don't even know what they mean by 'finished' they're going to do. Hopefully, it's not another troublesome thing that is aimed at us.“Milady, what does all this mean? Why did Mr. Dylan leave us?” Merri panicked. I could catch her legs shaking."Merri, calm down. Dylan didn't leave us. Maybe it's just a normal inspection." I said, trying to calm Merri who every second gulping down her saliva with difficulty."But the other carriage just continued on their way, milady!"
Sometimes, I wonder, if I leave the Drachentia Kingdom, will I still be inside the novel world? Or not. Or am I still in the world of a novel with a different story? Will there be a new male and female lead in this place that I need to watch out for? Or can I live in peace as an extra? Is the Lord Drachen who met me in my subconscious, only in the Drachentia Kingdom, or is it somewhere else too?If I may label, the Haddad Kingdom is an extra kingdom whose existence is written about by the author to give a comparison to the Drachentia Kingdom. His name is probably only mentioned once or twice in the novel. But here, the kingdom exists. They have humans in them and take care of their cultural heritage as well.I shook my head. Shouldn't I now have to accept this world as my reality? But still, when I see a human who's beauty makes my jaw drop, I find it hard to say that this is reality.'Who is this man? Why is he so... adorable?! Why does he look like Ken
The second part of my life finally started by getting up late.“Hoaa~m.” I squirmed on the soft mattress with Pasha who was still asleep next to me.I got out of bed barefoot, then went to the window on the side of the bed. Maybe it's because it's an old building, so I'm still having a hard time opening the windows. But with a little effort, I was finally able to open the window. The sound of wood pain tickled the ears. I panicked because the sound startled the wriggling Pasha, but still safe as he still continued his sleep."Ouch." I didn't expect that what would greet me was a slap of hot sunlight.Something that makes sense when I wake up late.By the way, no one wakes me up. I poked my head out of the window to look around. Maybe I'll find Merri who's already awake and excited or Dylan pacing in the garden. But I didn't find anyone. It was a strange feeling when I opened the window, but there wasn't a single human in front of
He is the new King of the Haddad Kingdom. His hair is shoulder length and light silver in color. He wears a headband on his head, as well as an earring in one ear. The color choice of his clothes does not describe that he is coming secretly as he wears gold from top to bottom. His appearance is quite eccentric for the size of a king who is often required to look elegant and classy. His body is slender with legs that look longer so he looks tall. But it still doesn't beat Dylan's height. He was the king his people had been waiting for to occupy that position. And someone like that, just threw himself at Dylan without any special equipment to protect him. Luckily Dylan realized his identity quickly, otherwise, he would have to kiss his ass goodbye. Or to put it mildly, lose a leg.No wonder the guards hiding behind a few trees looked nervous. The man's name is Maftah, His Majesty Abuhaddad IV - Maftah Abuhaddad Kamil Vo FreyaHe spread his arms in th
Dylan had been too confident that Fuschia would follow him wherever he went until he finally regained his senses of the bitter reality that was sinking in his brain. That Fuschia didn't belong to him. That Fuschia loved the freedom she had just gained, while Dylan is not someone who wants to seize that freedom with status. And of course, if he chose to become a noble, then he would have to say goodbye to Fuschia. He never wanted that status. But, at some point, he wanted to be a man that Fuschia could rely on more in terms of finances and degrees. He knew that there were limitations to how he could protect Fuschia with his current awkward status. He was no longer a slave, but he was also not anyone to impress. So that the offer to become a noble given by His Majesty the King, was suddenly in the area of his choice.“Ehm… Dylan, what I mean is, you can enjoy that for yourself. You've done great and good things for us, so you deserve to think about
I didn't expect to find so many blondes in this place. At least more than just Dylan when I was in the Drachentia Kingdom. Since we had just gotten off the carriage and it had not been ten minutes yet, but I had already passed three people with blond hair.Although the color is not as golden as Dylan's, it can be categorized as a blonde. Merri and I were really amazed to see this. Until we had time to forget our main goal to the plaza in the capital, and instead looked around to find another blonde-haired person."You saw it too, didn't you, Merri?"“That's right, milady- oops, Fuschia...”We both locked eyes on each other, then glanced at Pasha who was in my arms. Pasha's head was covered in a knitted dark green beanie hat that Mr. Andre made. He looked so uncomfortable with the hat that he often scratched his head, but Merri and I both fixed the hat so it wouldn't come off because we were worried that the color of his hair would be too flash
What should I do? I am so happy now!Every morning we heard the sound of birds humming happily in the trees around the house welcoming the sun. Their chirping beat Pasha's babbling which was getting noisy. On certain mornings, we had to shake our heads because of the bustling behavior of Pasha who started walking slowly looking for the sound of birds chirping. Then during the day we would laze around after finishing the housework such as sweeping, cooking, and washing clothes. Of course, thanks to my and Merri's magic, all the work became light. Dylan is on his way to find work. Even though I told him he didn't need to find another job, he persisted. I guess it was one of his dreams when he is free, like Merri's dream to be a head maid, so I support Dylan all the way. Then in the evening, Dylan will come home with his hunted animal in the forest. He once brought us chickens, deer, and most often wild boars. So we never lack meat as our food. He also completed a
