Looking for my biological father

Ten days have passed since the death of Waylan's mom and the attack of the vampires because of the burned mountain but Waylan's tears keep falling as if it has no end.

 She suddenly put the flowers on her mother's grave and lay down while looking at the sky. She couldn't believe that she is the cause of her mom's death and even though a lot of people says that vampires kill her mom she couldn't believe it. She still believes that vampires can't hurt humans. And that can be proved on the day where humans burned the mountain and on the same day vampires attacked humans but only her stepdad who asked the police to burn the mountain got killed by the vampires though a lot of people got injured. And after that incident vampires just vanished and nowhere to be found. A lot of people got scared thinking that they might be back to get revenge.

Waylan suddenly stood up when she remember Zeal and she run as fast as she could entering the black mountain that was once green and beautiful. She keeps running until she found the rock where Zeal wrote their name. It was been covered by the ashes from the fire but Waylan cleaned it with her hand while tears keeps falling from her eyes.

"Please show up! Kill me now!" Waylan shouted but no one showed up even a single bird or snake. It is as if all the creatures there were dead.

Waylan blames herself for why her mom is dead and why vampires lost their homes. She suddenly falls to her knees and cries.

"I'm sorry for everything, if I'm the reason for all your pain, please forgive me. I just can't believe that after causing all this trouble, you keep me alive. So I'll continue living. I will keep breathing to make it up even though it'll be hard. I will live to fix the sin  I have done," Waylan murmured in tears.

And because of tiredness, she falls asleep as the sun starts to hide from the sky.

"Wake up! It's time to fix yourself. It's another day. Forget everything and lived a happy life. Remember that if you are sad, I'll be sad too."

Waylan just opened her eyes when she heard her mom's voice.

"Mom," she said but she couldn't see her mom. She only saw ashes while the sun starts to rise. She couldn't believe that it's already morning. She stood up and for the last time, she looks around the mountain full of ashes.

"One day, this mountain will become beautiful as before. And I'll promise to be back to look for you Zeal. I'll be back to fix what I destroy and thank you for giving me a chance to live again and because of that, I will live for all the vampires who once live in this mountain peacefully," Waylan promised.

She then took a step going out from that mountain but before going home she went to her stepfather's grave.

"I don't know what to feel seeing your name in your grave. Should I cry or should I smile? I don't know! But you know what I forgive you already for trying to rape me but putting me in this kind of situation! I don't know if I can still forgive you. You are the root of all this. If not because of your evil intention to me then maybe everything will gonna be alright. Your already dead but let your spirit help me to fix what we've made and that time I can say that I have forgiven you," Waylan's last word before going home.

And as she reached her home. She packs everything she needed. She's already 16 years old and knows and can think of something to survive and the first thing that comes to her mind is her father who runs away after knowing that her mom is pregnant. She hates him too much but she can't do anything but look for her father. She put his father's picture wherein an address was written at the back that was given by her mom a long time ago into her pocket and starts walking away from the place where sad memories was been planted.

And for the last time, she closed her eyes while inhaling the fresh air coming from the place where she once called home.

After how many hours of sitting in a car she is now standing in front of the address that was written from his father's home. She sighed deeply and she feels worried.

"Wow! His house is too big and seems like she lives his life happily without thinking of me so why should I be nervous? I need to be strong to make that animal's life miserable for leaving I and mom and forgetting about me," Waylan murmured while biting her lips because of anger.

She then steps toward the gate that was open so she entered and knocks at the door.

And when the door got opened by a maid she enters without talking.

"Stop! Who are you!" the maid shouted while pulling the shirt of Waylan.

"Stop pulling my shirt!" Waylan shouted back in anger.

"Who are you?" asked the man's voice from Waylan's back.

Waylan turned back and saw the man from the picture his mom has given. She wants to cry because of anger. She wanted to slap her father and shouted at her for leaving her mom and lives a happy life while the two of them lives a miserable life. But she needs to calm down and be strong.

"Look at me carefully and tell me who am I. I know that my appearance is just like my mom so maybe you can remember but if you have forgotten already the girl you left after knowing she's pregnant then I want to tell you, My mom is Winchell Hums and I'm the girl from her tummy the moment you left her. And whether you want it or not I'll be living here starting today. We can take DNA if you're can't believe it," said Waylan.

His father looked at her very shocked and can't even blink.
