Debra’s Pov

The light of dawn seeped into my room. I rubbed my bleary eyes and walked to the window. There was a pearly glow in the sky. I stretched my hands and feel the air with my eyes closed.

Suddenly, memories flash in front of my eyes, where I was escaping from the mansion, where I meandered around the City.

Teresa strictly had forbidden me to get out of the mansion but I wanted to see the City view. It had been already one day here but I had not had a chance to go around the City.

Also, Karien had made me mad to the level where I had to shift in anger. He truly was an asshole yesterday. He locked me in his room and left me without an answer.

I had many reasons to avenge on him. And I thought running outside for a bit would be a punishment for him.

He considered himself as a responsible guy so let me see if he would be out of his mind when he finds that I went missing. It crazy way to make him payback for his outlandish behavior.
