Debra's Pov
Like I had suspected, he wasn't happy seeing me there instead he howled to me. I did explain to him why I was there. But I had no clue that we could get stuck as Karien was not wolf-like me neither he can run nor stay much longer in the cold.
I guess I should lend him my coat. As we got inside the car, I saw him searching here and there in the backseat as well as the front. At first, I thought he had lost something but later I got to know, he was searching for stuff to keep us warm.
He was surely a stupid guy, I passed him my coat but he denied it at first but no... His brain was too weak to consist of important memories like I could bear the cold.
I know I had made him stuck there, not exactly cause he was going to be stuck anyway, even I wasn't there. At least he has a company now and doesn't need to wait alone.
