Protecting Mother

It took a while for Kal to get Hurai's letter but when he did, he instantly sent one back.

At that point, he became way more impatient than he was before, especially when he sent for Geran using their many points of contact, only for him not to show up.

"Did you deliver my letter to him?" Kal strongly asked the knight kneeling in front of him with a fierce expression on his face as he tried to convert the importance of the letter

"Yes, your highness. He received it and immediately went back into his quarters,"

"What about the person I sent to check up on him and ask him to immediately come to see me?" Kal continued to ask only to watch the knight shake his head giving him the usual answer, he gave him whenever Kal asked, especially since that wasn't the first time he would be asking the same sort of questions.

"He went and delivered your message, your highness. His Highness Prince Geran, nodded, entered his quarters, and closed the door behind him,"

Hearing his words Kal couldn't help
