Chapter 15 Immunity

"That's enough, Greg. He knows how to restrain himself."

Lewinda glared at Zhidan, who was being suppressed but still unwilling to accept it. Her eyes were not as warm as before.

Zhidan knew that his two brothers were protecting Liu Nian, and if he continued to make trouble, he would be the one who would suffer, so he calmed down unwillingly.

Humph, if I had known she was immune, I would have strangled her to death.

Gulley retracted the flame and grabbed Liu Nian who was still lying on him, "You don't have to be afraid of these things."

"I don't need to be afraid. I was just struck by lightning!" Liu Nian checked his body excitedly and kept sniffing, fearing that some part of himself would be burnt.

"It seems that she herself doesn't know it yet?" Zhidan crossed his legs and looked like he was enjoying a good show.

Liu Nian turned around and looked at Lewanda, who seemed to have not changed and was still smiling, "Is there anything I should know?" He looked confused like a silly squirrel.

"There are people among you humans who are completely immune to the abilities of the three major races. You are one of them."

Facing Lewenda's answer, Liu Nian was still confused. He looked at Gle and then at Lewenda, "It's me?"

"Well, so Gulley's flames, my mind control, and Zhidan's lightning are all useless to you."

"I'm so awesome!" Liu Nian obviously only heard these words which were useless to him.

He immediately stood up and glared at Gulliver, "Why didn't you tell me?" He crossed his arms across his chest, trying to act like a big boss.

"Didn't I tell you that you're the only one who doesn't feel cold in the snowfield?" Glie didn't want to look up at Liu Nian, nor did he want to stand up, so he simply didn't look.

"You don't feel cold either!" Liu Nian retorted.

"Of course he's not cold if he's within three meters of you." Zhidan said angrily, "Humph."

Liu Nian nodded in sudden realization and complained to Lewenda righteously, "I was wondering why you didn't kill me at the time and insisted on following me. I really thought you were afraid that I would run away, but you couldn't leave me."

Liu Nian was shaking his head in front of Ge Lie, looking very proud. "I saved your life, why don't you treat me better?"

Liu Nian touched Ge Lie's leg with his leg, "Who told you to sit there with your arms folded?"

Glee continued to sit there with his arms folded. "What are you doing there, flailing like that? I can strangle you to death without even using my powers. Have you forgotten what it looks like to be food?"

Liu Nian's face changed, and her arrogance disappeared instantly. She subconsciously touched her neck with her hand and sat down like a deflated balloon. How could she forget that this mentally retarded vampire had hands and feet and was not disabled.

"Oh right," Liu Nian remembered what Zhidan had just said about a ring, "What is the ring? Why are you attacking me because of it?"

"You don't need to know." Gle leaned over and looked at the door. Liu Nian saw this and knew that someone must have come, so he followed Gle to look at the door. A man and a woman walked in from outside, the woman holding the man's arm and walked in elegantly.

The woman’s smiling face stimulated Liu Nian’s infatuated nature. What a gorgeous face!

"Who are they?" Liu Nian asked softly in Ge Lie's ear, his eyes still fixed on the lady.

"My elder brother's friend, and my elder sister-in-law." Liu Nian's eyes widened when he heard Ge Lie mention the word "elder sister-in-law". Ge Lie reached out and pushed Liu Nian's chin up, "Shut your mouth."

Liu Nian looked at the lady who came in infatuatedly and swallowed silently, "Believe me, this is not your fault."

Liu Nian finally withdrew his gaze from the woman, his eyes narrowed into slits as he smiled, "I also want to tease a sister-in-law like this."

When the two of them sat down at the top of the light totem, Liu Nian smacked his lips and gave Greg a thumbs-up, "It's worth it!"

"You look disgusting." Ge Lie picked up the strawberry that Liu Nian had not finished eating and stuffed it into her mouth, "Eat yours quickly."

Liu Nian chewed a strawberry and glanced at the friend of the legendary big brother standing nearby.

He nudged Gulliver with his arm, "Dyeing hair is a popular thing among you guys. He looks pretty good with silver hair."

"His name is Ace and he's from the Snow Tribe. They all look like this."

The lady sat elegantly in the seat that should belong to the current Blood King - the Light King.

With her hands folded on her legs, a golden dress highlighted her noble status. "Gulley is back. Boheng missed you very much."
