Chris’s pov I hurriedly pulled my black pants. “Fuck, fuck, fuck” as checked my phone for the time stumbling to button my shirt. My phone began to ring. I checked the caller id to see Tate. I picked it as I stood in front of the mirror to arrange my wet hair. “Hey man, Kass told me you're filling in for him” he rang through the speaker. “Yeah, I need the extra money” I picked up my phone and the keys to my house. “Are you sure you're not avoiding your date with The Ashleyssssss” he shrieked mimicking them with a mocking tone. “Fuck off man” He chuckled as I cut the call and walked out of my apartment. I had sent a message to my girlfriend telling her I would miss dinner with her friends. I have been doing this of late, trying to avoid her friends. In my defense they were annoying cheerleader type girls that never grew out of the highschool mean girl phase and even though I thought it was hot when I started dating her in college. Now as a senior I found their antiques annoying.
