Eulla's words were like sharp daggers, driving right through Errol's heart. He couldn't believe his ears as he stood there looking at her fuming face.

"Eu– Eulla?" He blinked in disbelief "What are you saying? H– How can you say that to me?" He grabbed her by the arm and pulled her closer

"You had promised me!" He half yelled " You said you would marry me once Xylah was out of my life! You had promised to be with me—"

"And did you actually think I meant it?" Eulla cut him off. Her brows were raised slightly as she looked at him in amusement.

"Did you really think someone like you would end up with someone like me?" She pointed to herself "Oh come on, Errol. Don't make me laugh. You know I deserve something much better" She bursts into laughter.

Truly, Eulla deserved something much better than some ordinary Errol. She was deserving of a queen and she would have definitely become one if that useless prince hadn't been retarded.
