Reflection

Eulla stood in front of her mirror as she applied a bright red lipstick. Once done, she smacked her lips and put the lipstick back in her purse. Her hands moved to straighten her blonde hair which fell in waves down her shoulders, she flashed a smile

"All set" She blew a kiss to her reflection, sprayed perfume again before cat-walking out of the room, her heels clanking against the cold tiles.

"Mum?" She called out as she descended the stairs "I'm all ready, I'll be leaving now"

"Eulla" Jane came out the kitchen with a look of disapproval on her face "Your dad will be back today, he won't be happy if he returns and doesn't find you at home"

"Oh mother" Eulla rolled her eyes "You know I have to go. The girls and I are finally meeting up after a long time, I can't afford to miss out on this. What's wrong with me wanting to have some after everything that has happened, especially with the stupid rumors about that stupid bitch going round town?"

"Eulla—"
