Olivia's POV

Blood moons and my kiss with Alexander last night still swirled in my mind as I made my way to the victors' office. I wanted to meet my brother and...Allen.

I reached Victor’s office and knocked softly before pushing the heavy door open. I looked around the study, but didn't see Allen.

Victor stood behind his desk, papers scattered over its surface, his eyes scanning each page furiously. He looked up, his usually rugged face wearied, the weight of unspoken burdens etched into the lines on his forehead.

“Victor?” I called tentatively, stepping closer. Victor looked older than he had before the stress of everything that had been going on hadn't been kind to him.

“Olivia.” His voice was clipped, his gaze meeting mine briefly before returning to the documents sprawled out before him. “What brings you here?”

“I was worried about you,” I replied, closing the door softly behind me. “You seemed...distracted lately. Are you alright?”

Victor let out a hard sigh, a quick flash of raw

Olivia's POVWalking briskly down the palace corridors, I barely registered the opulence of my surroundings. My mind was preoccupied with thoughts of the blood moons and their ominous message. My heart pounded with urgency, knowing that I needed to speak with Alexander and confirm my decision to go to Werewolf Central City. I rounded a corner sharply and collided with a solid body.“Oh, I’m so—” I started to apologise before recognising who I had bumped into.Allan. His eyes met mine, and a spark of something unspoken passed between us. It was the first time I’d seen him up close since he had brought the twins in to see me so they could meet Alexander.“Olivia,” he said softly, a note of hesitation in his voice.“I’m sorry, Allan. I didn’t see you,” I said, avoiding his gaze and making to move past him.“Wait.” His hand closed around my arm, halting my advance. “I have something for you.”I turned to face him, my curiosity mixed with a sense of dread. He extended a set of papers toward

Olivia's POVThe door creaked as I pushed it open, revealing Alexander seated on the floor with our children. Joy filled the room, a stark contrast to the worry inside me. His eyes flickered to mine, and I could see the weight of the message from the Elders already haunting him."Olivia," he articulated my name like an unspoken plea, and for a moment, everything else melted away.I forced a smile for the twins before turning my attention to Alexander. “Can we talk?” I asked, trying to keep my voice steady.Alexander nodded, rising to his feet and gesturing for me to follow him out of the room. We walked in silence until we reached an empty corridor.“I'm coming with you and Victor to the city,” I blurted out.Alexander’s eyes widened in shock. “Olivia, you can’t. It’s too dangerous.”I shook my head, determination set in my gaze. “I can’t stay locked in this palace forever, Alexander. I need to be out there with you, with Victor. We face this together.”Just then, Victor rounded the co

Alexander's POVThe moment Olivia's feet touched the cobblestone streets of Werewolf Central City, I couldn't tear my eyes away from her. The City's energy seemed to pulse around us, its towering buildings and flickering lights a stark contrast to the quiet life she knew. Her eyes widened, taking in the grandeur and the teeming life of the place, and despite the tension gnawing at my heart, I couldn't help but admire her resilience."Welcome to Werewolf Central City," I said quietly, trying to mask my overwhelming concern beneath a thin veil of calm. "It's... overwhelming, isn't it?"Olivia nodded her expression a mixture of awe and fear. "It's unlike anything I could have imagined."Her voice was soft, but I could hear the tremor in it. I wanted to wrap my arms around her, to shield her from everything this city represented. But I knew that wasn't possible. She was here now, and I had to accept the risks."Listen, Olivia," I began, my tone more serious. "Victor and I need to meet with

Alexander's POVThe meeting crawled to an end, the Elders' words echoing in the vast hall long after they'd been spoken. I shook hands with Elder Cornelius, his grip firm yet weathered, and nodded to Elder David, who still wore a sceptical frown. The other Alphas filed out, their faces etched with a mix of determination and unease.Victor clapped me on the back, breaking my reverie. "Let's get this over with," he murmured, steering us towards the exit where the other Alphas were mingling. The hallway outside the meeting room was a blend of tradition and power, with tapestries that told the stories of our ancestors and their battles. The other Alphas—some familiar, others strangers—started to gather, and I could feel the tension coiling through the room like a living thing.Alpha Derek, always the first to make an impression, strolled over, his eyes gleaming with a hunger I knew all too well. "Alexander, Victor," he greeted us with a tight smile that didn't reach his eyes. "Quite the su

Olivia's POVI stood by the window, mesmerised by a city that seemed to have leapt out of my wildest dreams. Neon lights painted the streets in colours I couldn't even name, a kaleidoscope that danced against the night sky. The towering buildings stretched upwards, their glass façades glinting like stars come to earth. It was a scene I'd only ever imagined, and the realisation that I was here, able to explore it, filled me with a thrill I hadn't felt in years.Yet beneath my excitement, I sensed it—that familiar tingling in my core. Aura stirred restlessly. Alexander was close. I turned around just as the door opened, and he stepped inside. His presence filled the room, making the air thick with unspoken emotions.“How was the meeting?” I began, but the words barely left my lips before he closed the distance between us, his eyes burning molten gold. He grabbed me, his hands firm yet gentle, and pressed his lips to mine. The kiss was a hurricane of emotions—hunger, desperation, regret,

Olivia's POVMorning sunlight filtered through the curtains, painting the room with a soft golden glow. As my eyes fluttered open, the weight of Alexander's arm draped over me served as a tangible reminder of last night. My emotions swirled like leaves in a gust of wind—confusion, passion, and an unsettling undercurrent of fear. I didn't know how to face what happened between us, let alone mention it to him.Quietly, I slipped out from under his arm, moving slowly to avoid waking him. Each step toward the bathroom felt like crossing a minefield of emotions. Once inside, I allowed myself a moment to breathe, staring at my own reflection as if it could provide the answers I desperately sought.A splash of cold water on my face did little to clear my muddled thoughts, but it was a start. When I emerged from the bathroom, I found Alexander awake, his eyes locked onto mine with an intensity that made my pulse quicken."Good morning," he said, his voice a deep rumble that resonated within me

Alexander's POVThe voice that cut through the air was desperate and shrill. I turned just in time to see a woman sprint toward me, her face a mask of anguish and relief. She threw herself into my arms, clutching me like a lifeline. I staggered back a step, more from shock than her weight, and tried to steady myself. As I looked down at her, my world froze."Cassandra?" The name slipped out before I could fully process the thought. The resemblance was uncanny—same hair, same piercing green eyes. My heart pounded in my chest, each beat reverberating through me like a drum. Cassandra, my first wife, who I’d thought dead for so long, stood before me. Every logical part of my mind screamed that this was impossible, but there she was, alive and very real.Tears streamed down her face as she sobbed against my chest. "It's really you," she murmured, looking up at me. "I’ve finally come back to you, Alexander."My mind reeled, and it took every ounce of self-control to steady my racing thought

Olivia's POVI had to get out of there. My legs moved like they had a mind of their own, each step taking me further away from the tangled mess behind me. Tears blurred my vision, but I wouldn't stop. I couldn’t cave in and become that scared, pathetic girl I once was. The wind was cold against my wet cheeks as I hurried through the bustling streets, desperate to shake off the image of Cassandra in Alexander's arms."Olivia, wait!" Alexander's voice pierced the chaos in my mind, but I pressed on. The sobs clawed their way out of my throat, each one wracking my body with a fresh wave of agony. Cassandra was dead—I saw her body. How could she be here now, throwing my life into disarray once more?Reaching the temporary haven where we'd were staying, all I wanted was to be alone in my room. Perhaps then, I could make sense of the whirlwind that I found myself in. I burst through the front door, my only thought to reach the room before anyone saw me. But I collided with a solid figure, arm

The gentle hum of the wind rustled through the castle gardens, carrying with it the scent of blooming jasmine and fresh earth. The sun hung low on the horizon, casting a golden hue over the kingdom, painting everything in warm, honeyed light. The Dragon Kingdom—our kingdom—was at peace.A week had passed since the final battle. A week since Nicholas had fallen, his tyrannical reign brought to an end. The scars of war still marked the land, but already, hope had begun to weave its way through the people, through the dragons, and through my own kingdom. Rebuilding had started, and with it, the promise of a future unshackled from fear and a united front between not only ours and their kingdom but also many others. And today… today was the day that I finally got to marry Alexander. The wedding had been a quiet affair, just as I had wanted—just those we loved, those who had stood beside us through the trials that had nearly torn us apart. The great hall had been filled with the laughter of

Olivias povMy warning echoed in the air, but it was already too late. Behind Elijah, the king’s dragon surgeon moved with terrifying speed, its spear-like tail ready to strike. Everything seemed to slow as the scene unfolded—a cruel dance of shadow and flesh, friend and enemy caught in fate’s grip.Time froze as the dragon’s tail pierced Elijah’s back, ending the moment in brutal finality. Pain and realisation filled his face, his emerald eyes widening in shock. His body crumpled forward, silent in the tragedy he had become a part of."No!" The word tore from my throat, breaking the heavy silence that settled like a shroud. But through my horror, an undeniable truth took shape with each heartbeat—Nicholas’s greatest betrayal wasn’t just in his violence but in the cold decision to sacrifice his own son for power. As Elijah fell to his knees, Nicholas grinned—a wicked smile that could freeze the ocean. He waved the horn, the sound still ringing in my ears, and in that moment, his inten

Olivia's PovThe sky was painted in shades of crimson and smoke, and the battlefield lay beneath me, a chaotic tapestry of combat and valour. Riding Saphira, my trusted dragon, I felt an unprecedented harmony between us. Her thoughts intertwined with mine, weaving a tapestry of mutual understanding and unity. Together, we were a force of nature, an extension of one another as we dove and soared through the fray.Saphira’s roar resonated inside me, a declaration of war that echoed the battle’s ferocity. Her muscles coiled beneath my legs, and we twisted through the air, engaging our adversaries with a synergy that brought out the raw power within us. Each strike was fluid and precise—a dance of strength and strategy that blurred the lines between rider and dragon. Riding Saphira, I felt a strength I’d never known, as though every heartbeat was in sync with the rhythm of destiny itself.Through the din of clashing swords and bellows, Saphira's voice sizzled like lightning in my mind. *O

Alexander's POV The battlefield pulsed with chaos, a vast symphony of metal clashing and figures weaving through a smoky haze. I fought with a focused intensity that came from the core of my being. Each movement was purposeful, and each turn of my blade was meticulously calculated. This was more than a war of physicality; it was a contest of spirits fueled by love and vengeance. All around me, my pack surged forward like a tidal wave, wolves overcoming soldiers with primal ferocity. As I caught a glimpse of Olivia soaring overhead on a dragon's back, a wild joy lit me from within. Her presence was like a beacon, a promise that drove me onward, deeper into the heart of conflict. My attention was wrenched upward by the tumultuous struggle above. There, in the sky, dragons twisted and turned in an aerial ballet of might and desperation. King Nicholas and his son, Elijah, battled with a fury that seemed to rend the sky itself. Nicholas's dragon fought with savage intensity, every swi

Elijah's povThe clamour of the battlefield swelled around me, punctuated by cries and the clash of steel. My heart was a tempest, torn between my loyalty to my father and my love for Olivia. I had never intended to become a pawn in this war, but here I stood, bathed in conflict, with my mind spiralling around the impending chaos. As I left Olivia's side earlier, my frustration boiled over into the tense air. "Cease this madness!" I cried out to the guards, their movements a blur of aggression around me. "These people are not our enemies!" Laughter erupted in response, sardonic and cruel. "The King has spoken, not you, Prince Elijah. We fight until death unless he says otherwise." Disdain twisted within me—a serpent rearing its head. Their insolence, their mindless obedience to Nicholas's bloody decree, was galling. But I knew why they refused me. I wasn’t their king, merely a shadow cast by my father’s ambition, a prince wearing false armour. The world spun with futility. Seeking

The ground was approaching swiftly beneath me, a swirling mass racing to meet my descent. Every instinct screamed that this was a mistake and that the leap would surely be my undoing. But even as fear clenched my heart, the dragon's scale in my grip pulsed with a warmth that banished doubt. One hundred meters above the earth, however, a shadow loomed. The first dragon I had saved soared to my rescue, swooping beneath me with a grace that defied the chaos of my fall. Relief erupted within me as I landed on its broad back, a breathless gasp escaping my lips. Holding tight to the rough, warm scales, I murmured, "Thank you."The dragon's powerful wings flapped, beating a defiant cadence against the tumultuous winds. It rose into the sky, a guardian taking flight, and together, we soared, the kingdom unfurling beneath us as a tapestry of vibrant life and teetering conflict. As if in a dream borne aloft, hundreds more dragons began to appear, majestic and fierce, emerging from the shadows

Olivias povI raced through the tunnels with a sense of urgency so intense it felt like a physical force pushing me onward. My breaths were ragged, each inhalation a struggle as I navigated the labyrinthine passages beneath the kingdom. My mind was a whirlwind, and though my plan was half-formed at best, I knew the dragons were my destination—their strength would be paramount in the battle to come.As I emerged into the dragon chamber, the oppressive air filled my lungs, heavy with the scent of fear and confinement. I couldn’t afford to hesitate, even as my heart pounded with the weight of what I was about to do. There they were, magnificent creatures tethered by chains, their eyes pools of ancient wisdom and unfathomable pain. The sight of the three guards was like a cold splash of reality, snapping my senses into sharp relief. The lead guard shouted, “What are you doing here? You can’t be here!” His voice echoed menacingly through the chamber, but I was beyond fear.Panicking would

Alexanders povThe moment we scaled the wall, chaos erupted like a storm unleashed upon the city. The guards, mere specks below, shouted commands in a futile attempt to contain the inevitable. Before anyone could react, a deafening roar sliced through the pandemonium, and the dragons descended, dark silhouettes against the dawn sky. Each dragon was a testament to terror and power, their scales shimmering with malice as they perched above the city. Fire erupted from their jaws, slicing through the air like molten spears, incinerating everything in their path. The city seemed to collapse inward upon itself, screams of horror mingling with the crackling of flames. Yet, amidst the chaos, my objective remained clear. I needed to reach the palace and confront Nicholas, ensuring he could never threaten Olivia or Sarah again. Victor and the others would search for them, but I would end this once and for all. As we pushed forward, defenders surged toward us, their weapons drawn with the con
