Olivias pov

I spent the whole day tucked away in my room, devouring every book I could find about spirit wolves, dark rogues, and even ones about dreams. Each page turned was a desperate grasp for understanding, but nothing held the answers I sought. As the golden hues of the setting sun filtered through the window, casting a warm glow on scattered volumes, the door creaked open. Victor stepped into the room, his presence a mix of authority and familial concern.

"Olivia," he began, his voice low and calm. "We need to leave soon for the full moon ceremony."

I let out a loud sigh and closed the book in front of me, pressing my fingers to the bridge of my nose to stave off the impending headache. "I haven’t found anything, Victor. Spirit wolves and dark rogues seem like nothing more than bedtime stories."

Victor crossed the room, his expression softening as he took a seat beside me. "Stop worrying so much. The dreams probably don’t mean anything."

"You're probably right," I conceded,

I had to read this again. I believe her dream is coming to past. She and Alexander are the two white wolves in her dream. My question is, what will Reed and Cassandra do now?! Their plan will either backfire or flop if Olivia & Alexander are the spirit wolves. Drama Drama Drama…BUT I’M LOVING IT!

Olivia’s POV The moonlight surrounded me, its ethereal glow bathing every inch of my skin in a luminous embrace. Every muscle in my body felt alive, buzzing with an energy I'd never known. As if in sync, the mark on Alexander's hand flared, scorching with an intensity that sent a shiver down my spine. Yet, the brilliance around me far surpassed the glow of his mark. Panic gripped me as every eye in the clearing turned to stare. My heart raced, echoing in my ears. I took a hesitant step away from the moonlight, feeling an overwhelming urge to escape its relentless pull. "This is a mistake," I murmured, my voice trembling. But as I tried to step out of the light, it seemed to cling to me, pulling me back with an invisible force. My feet left the ground. I wasn't standing anymore—I was hovering, the moonlight holding me aloft. Power surged through me, making me feel invincible and yet utterly out of control. My hair cascaded down my back, growing longer and shimmering like spun sil

Alexander's POVTime seemed to slow as I watched Olivia's transformation, my heart gripped by a mixture of fear and awe. The head elder, Greyson, stepped forward, his voice commanding attention."The moon goddess has made her choice," he declared, his words reverberating across the clearing. The crowd erupted into chaos, their voices a blend of disbelief, anger, and awe.My eyes remained fixed on Olivia, my newly transformed mate. Panic surged through me. What would this mean for her? For us? The power bestowed upon Olivia was both a gift and a curse. We had to tread carefully."We need to get Olivia out of here," I said urgently to Elder Greyson, struggling to make my voice heard over the growing pandemonium. "The crowd needs time to process this. She's in danger."Greyson hesitated but then nodded. "You're right. Take her somewhere safe."I reached out through our mind link, the mental connection crackling with tension. "Olivia, follow me. We need to get out of here."As she began t

Reed’s POVThe ethereal glow of the full moon bathed the clearing in an almost supernatural light, highlighting Olivia's breathtaking transformation. My heart clenched as I watched in awe, jealousy boiling deep within me. Olivia, the spirit wolf—something I had never anticipated. My eyes followed Alexander as he led her away. The bond between them only served to fuel the fire of my envy.Everyone was caught up in Olivia's transformation. Seizing the moment, I slipped away from the full moon ceremony, moving with purpose through the forest towards the prison. The guards there were easily bought; loyalty often comes cheap if you know how to pay for it. My mind raced, anger churning within me like a storm. When I arrived at Cassandra's cell, the heavy iron bars separated us, but the sight of her made me recoil. Once, I had foolishly let myself fall for her deceitful charms, believing she could help me achieve the power I sought. Now, seeing her in this dim, grimy cell brought only a sens

Olivia's POVThe world felt like it held its breath alongside me as I stood in the shadow of the forest, Alexander's jacket draped carefully over my shoulders. It was heavier than I'd expected, infused with his scent, a comforting presence in the tumultuous sea of emotions. The time for hiding was over; I had to stand tall and face my destiny head-on.“I’m ready to face them,” I said, slipping my arms through his jacket and wrapping it around me."Are you sure about this?" Alexander asked, his concern palpable, and his eyes searched mine for any hesitation.I nodded, swallowing the rising lump in my throat. "I have to, Alexander. I need to show them that I'm not scared. I need to show them I'm not weak."His grip on my hand tightened, lending me silent strength. I filed that feeling away in my heart, wrapping it around myself like armour. My heart pounded, reverberating through my chest, but I kept my face steady, shoulders squared with determination.A familiar voice echoed in my min

Olivia’s POVThe clearing was charged with the kind of tension that makes the air nearly suffocating. Alpha Casper's eyes locked onto mine, a flicker of disdain and something else—was it fear?—dancing in his gaze. I squared my shoulders, every muscle in my body coiled and ready. I would not back down. The tension grew so strong you could almost hear it crackling in the air around us. Casper moved slowly closer, his footsteps measured and deliberate. He stopped when his face was mere inches from mine, our breaths mingling in the charged air. My heart pounded, but I stood my ground, ready for whatever he was about to throw at me. "This is futile," Casper growled, his voice a low rumble that only I could hear. "You're lucky you aren't my mate." His breath was hot on my face, his words dripping with contempt.A smile played on my lips, more a challenge than a display of humour. "I’d rather eat a wolf's bane-infused steak than ever have that as my fate," I shot back.Casper growled, his t

Olivia’s POVAs the crowd buzzed with excitement, the elder raised his hand once more, calling for silence. His eyes met mine, and I saw a flicker of something—perhaps admiration or respect. "It has been decided," Elder Greyson proclaimed, his voice reverberating through the clearing. "The fight will take place in one month's time. Should Olivia succeed, all must accept her as the Spirit Wolf and follow the moon goddess's will."A low murmur rippled through the crowd, many sceptical while others began to grudgingly nod in acceptance. Casper’s eyes narrowed as he looked me up and down, his expression full of disdain. "You have one month, Olivia," he said, his voice dripping with venom. "Train hard because when the time comes, I won't hold back.""If you think threats intimidate me, Casper, you're sorely mistaken," I replied, holding his gaze. "I’ll be ready."He scoffed, turning away with a final, scornful glance. "We'll see," he muttered as he walked back towards his brothers and thei

Olivia’s POVWe finally returned to the hotel, exhaustion waging a silent war against the adrenaline that still thrummed through my veins. The hallway was dimly lit, a soft glow from ornate sconces casting shadows that flickered like spectres against the walls. Alexander walked silently beside me, his presence a comforting anchor in the storm of my thoughts. Before we even reached our room, I knew what I needed—a moment to ground myself, to reconcile the whirlwind of the night's events. The moment the door clicked shut behind us, I beelined for the bathroom. My reflection greeted me with a stranger's face, yet felt intimately familiar. My muscles were more defined, almost rippling under the surface of my skin. My hair, longer and more lustrous than I remembered, framed my face with an ethereal glow. I leaned closer to the mirror, my breath fogging up the glass, as I inspected my newfound strength—a gift from the moon goddess, a curse from destiny.Absently, my fingers traced the lines

Alexander's POVThe first rays of dawn filtered through the thin curtains, casting a golden glow across the room. I blinked, gradually bringing the blurred shapes around me into focus. The soft rise and fall of Olivia's breathing was the first thing my senses registered, and I turned to look at her, still asleep beside me. It was a sight I cherished more than I could express.Last night had been transformative. Olivia had come into her own, facing the triplets with courage and defiance that made me proud and left me in awe. The strength of the spirit wolf was clearly within her now, and the weight of her destiny lay heavily on both our shoulders. It was a reminder of what we were fighting for and who we were meant to become.Gently, I reached out to push a lock of hair from her face, my fingers trembling with a mix of love and apprehension. The moment my fingers grazed her skin, the mark on my hand began to glow, its light growing more intense as I moved closer to her. I pulled back s

King Nicholas povSeated on the throne, I watched Sarah play, the golden light of dusk casting a warm glow around the throne room. As she moved, her laughter filled the air, a melody that I was reluctantly coming to cherish. She was a bright, brave little girl, spirited and innocent—qualities that stood on precarious grounds in my world. Sarah toddled toward me, her tiny hands closing around a toy dragon, its wings chipped from wear. Every part of me wished for Olivia to finally accept my son, Elijah, for the wedding to occur, intertwining our destinies and stabilising my empire before those insubordinate wolves could rally their pitiful excuse for an army. True, they were no match for my dragon legion, which was the pride of my reign, but quashing their rebellion would be another needle in my side—a distraction I could ill afford amid rising tensions. anyone with dragon blood belonged here not out there tanted by the rest of the world. The witch's words hung in the crisp night air, a prophecy unravelling as energy surged through me. I struggled, ensnared by the torrent of power and pain cascading through my body. My wolf howled within, caught between elation and rage, always yearning for control."You betrayed us!" I roared my voice a mixture of fury and fear as I attempted to lurch toward her, my limbs betraying me. The forest spun around me, dizziness mixing with agony, every muscle clenched in a relentless vice."Stop it," I demanded, collapsing onto my back, the ground cold and merciless beneath me. The witch remained silent, her gaze a paradox of detachment and unwavering resolve. My breath was coming in sharp and painful as if I were breathing in fire. My heart was pounding in my chest like at any second it would explode. As the world faded to darkness, echoes of my past life surfaced like spectral wraiths. My father's face hovered before me, eyes, once so fiercely resolute, now filled with regret. I remembere

Alexanders povI sat cross-legged on the cold earth, eyes shut tight as a battle raged in my mind. Days had slipped away, each one filled with the witch's strange lessons on meditation that left me hollow and irritable. This was not the training I'd imagined. I needed to be fighting, using my strength to prepare for the inevitable clash with King Nicholas that would save Olivia and Sarah, not sitting still like a stone. My resolve slipped, and frustration bubbled over. "This is useless!" I snapped, eyes flying open. "The power will never come."Nearby, the witch remained calm, her voice a gentle breeze against the storm within me. "You keep letting your wolf overtake you, Alexander.""My wolf is strong! It is what will kill the bastard who took my daughter and mate!" I retorted, the growl of my words echoing in the stillness."Again," she instructed, ignoring my outburst. Her unyielding patience stung like salt in the wound of my anger.I glared at her, but desperation won over pride.

I sat on the edge of my bed, my fingers gently tracing the intricate patterns of the golden and white dress. The dress shimmered in the light, its elegance speaking of a world I had yet to fully comprehend. A soft knock interrupted the thoughts that swirled in my mind. "Come in," I called as I stood up and smoothed the fabric of my dress, anticipation twisting in my stomach. Elijah stepped into the room, his presence an unexpected comfort. He paused, eyes lingering over the dress before meeting mine. "You look beautiful," he said softly, the sincerity in his voice wrapping around me. "Thank you," I replied, a flutter of unexpected warmth unfurling in my chest. We left the room together, walking through the halls of the palace in silence before stepping out into the kingdom—a place still shrouded in mysteries I longed to uncover as we wandered through the bustling streets. Yesterday, it had been nothing more than glimpses, but today, I made sure to take in everything around me, s

The tension in the room was clear as Elijah planted himself firmly before me, creating a barrier between me and the king I so desperately loathed. He was unwavering, his presence a silent vow of protection. Our roles seemed to reverse as he, the supposed pawn of his father, became my shield. “Move, Elijah,” King Nicholas commanded, his voice a rumble of irritation and disbelief. The air crackled with the intensity of his order, the authority behind it a palpable force. “No,” Elijah replied, his tone tempered with a surprising strength and calm. “This is no way to get her to agree to our marriage.” Nicholas glared down at me, eyes simmering with disdain. “I don’t care if she agrees or not. She will marry you either way,” he declared, each word a testament to the unwavering grip he held over what he considered his kingdom. “Father,” Elijah countered, his voice rising with urgency. “She would be more useful to you if she does so of her own accord. Imagine what could happen if people

Olivias PovReturning to my room after the night’s expedition into the tunnels, my thoughts churned like waves in a storm. I needed to internalise the pathways, the routes that could one day be our salvation, weaving a silent rebellion against King Nicholas. Each curve and corner etched into my memory was a thread in a tapestry of freedom I would one day unravel with Sarah. My pulse still quickened at the echo of his voice in those dark hollows, Nicholas's tyranny seeping through the kingdom like a poison. Now, seated on my bed, I awaited the morning routine of a guard bringing breakfast—a charade of civility amidst captivity, one I had to manipulate to my advantage. The heavy door creaked open, and a guard entered, his face a mask of indifference as he carried a tray. I rose, determination tightening my spine. "I need to speak with Elijah. Immediately." My demand was clear and unwavering. His silence was the falling of a gauntlet, and he moved as if I were invisible, stepping arou

The night hung heavy in the air, wrapping me in a cocoon of silence that accentuated my solitude. The portal had vanished, leaving the forest serene yet eerily empty. I turned in a slow circle, the towering trees surrounding me like silent sentinels guarding ancient secrets. All around me, shadows danced, cast by the ethereal glow of the moonlight filtering through the underbrush. I shifted uneasily, my heightened senses picking up the subtle rustling of leaves and the whisper of unseen creatures moving in the dark. I couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation as if the very air was charged with energy waiting to be unleashed. Then, a voice broke through the silence, clear and resonant, calling my name. "Alexander."I whirled around, my heart leaping in my chest as a figure stepped gracefully into a shaft of moonlight. Her hooded cloak flowed like water around her, and with a slow movement, she reached up and pulled the hood back. The sight of her sent a shock through me—a woman w

The soft crunch of leaves underfoot marked our journey through the dense forest. The symphony of chirping crickets and the faint rustle of nocturnal creatures created a haunting yet soothing backdrop. But my thoughts were far from the serenity surrounding us, caught instead in a relentless loop of urgency and frustration.Hours had slipped by since we began this trek, each passing hour a new knot of tension coiling within me. The sense of time slipping through my fingers like grains of sand was maddening. I cast a glance at Tinsley, her expression unreadable as she navigated the underbrush as though it understood her silent command.“Just a little further,” she murmured, her voice a gentle reassurance that erased none of my impatience. It wasn't enough. The thought of Olivia and our children, their lives tethered to the whims of a tyrant, burned in my mind like a branding iron.“Tinsley,” I barked, the restraint in my voice unravelling. “If I shift into my wolf form, I can carry you.

Alexander's POV The sun hung low as I approached the palace gates, an ominous silence filling the air. There, waiting with a posture that promised a steadfast determination, stood Tinsley. Her silver hair caught the fading light, a beacon against the encroaching dusk. “Are you ready to make this journey to the magical land?” she asked, her voice both soothing and filled with the gravity of the impending quest. Her words resonated with the weight of destiny and the urgency of our plight. I nodded, the resolve firm within me, though uncertainty lingered like a shadow at the edge of my thoughts. Just as we began to move forward, a familiar voice shattered the fragile calm. “Daddy, wait!” Liam’s voice reached me like a lifeline, pulling me back from the precipice. I spun around to see my son running toward me, his little legs moving with desperate urgency. My heart clenched painfully, each beat echoing with his cries.
