She hadn’t slept for a single second, couldn’t eat anything or take her mind off her baby. She couldn’t believe Ryker would act so insensitively. It was one thing that he didn’t care about Kathleen but he went far by taking away her son from her.
She looked like a mess, the bags under her swollen eyes were not the only detail about her that would scare someone who looks at her, but her blood pressure kept dropping too.
Last she heard from Ryker was when Eloise spoke on his behalf and basically told Kathleen to not disturb the baby that was none other than Kathleen’s baby.
