61. A Talk With Kiara

From outside the cell, Zach observed how calm Kiara looked despite the heavy chains restraining her movement. According to Silas’ report, Kiara only resisted when he kidnapped her here, but she behaved perfectly well afterward. It was almost like being in Zach’s dungeon was her goal.

Pushing the cell, he went inside and took a seat right in front of her.

Perhaps she sensed his presence because Kiara dragged her feet towards him the next moment. His body bent slightly, waiting for Kiara to reach him.

“You,” Kiara said as she finally got a good view to look at the man before her. “It’s really you.” She sneered.

“It seems you know Nevea and me so well. Care to tell me, what’s our relationship with each other?” Zach crossed his legs and leaned on the chair calmly.

“Relationship?” Kiara laughed. “I am not insane enough to sell my soul to a demon. Although I can’t say the same about Nevea.”
