Wendell, gritting his teeth through the pain, growled, "I'm not letting this go. I'm not a man if I do. Get on it and dig up everything on this punk. Then we'll hit back."

His crew scrambled to agree, though some were secretly thinking this kid was bad news and not someone to mess with lightly.
