On Ethan's side, he managed to avoid a beating from Alexander, but he was almost on the receiving end of Karl's wrath. Just a minute ago, a call came in from the front desk, informing him that a man named Karl wanted to see him. A few minutes later, as Ethan sat on the sofa, the office door swung open, and Karl, wearing a black trench coat, stormed in.

In a cold voice, Karl asked, "Why did you break up with Isabella?"

Ethan looked at him, expressionless, and replied, "What's it to you?"

Their eyes locked, and Karl's gaze turned sinister. He stepped forward and grabbed Ethan's collar. Just as his fist was about to land, Ethan managed to dodge and shook off Karl's grip.

"Ethan, don't you know her temper when you're with her? If you couldn't bear it, why did you get together with her? Do you know? She loves you!"

"She loves me, and I love her too, but she takes advantage of my love and acts recklessly. I can't tolerate that. Besides, you have no right to comment on my actions."
