I know that right now if I show the slightest emotion, they will take it the wrong way and react the way I don't want right now.

I guess I just have to. The earlier I start the faster I'm put to my grave. I gave out one last sigh before I started by jogging the first few meters then gradually increasing my pace. Few rounds later and it was as though my legs would give way and I would collapse any minute soon.
