JeddAs soon as I get off the phone with Lance, I call Drew and a few other guys. Alpha requested me plus fifteen others, but there aren't that many I trust with this job. Having the element of surprise can quickly be ruined by one restless wolf. We do not know how long we will have to wait there. We have to remain still and one with our surroundings so that we go undetected. There are only nine men I trust can do that. Jon, Lance, and I included makes a dozen of us to their five.We are also coming heavily armed. We have never fought the Silverhair pack, although they are allied against us. We have heard of the mutant Silverhaired members and their superstrength. It is said their strength matches that of four men, which is why the Alpha probably wanted more men. However, I have instructed my team to soak arrows and rope in wolvesbane. We have also dipped daggers and spears. They are said to be immune to silver, but they are not immune to Wolvesbane.Pack leaders a few decades past att
Jon"The night you arrived here, your Uncle Jedd discovered two rogue wolves trying to infiltrate our walls while he was on patrol," I recall to Jezebel. Her eyes get wide."Damn. I assume that doesn't happen very often," she replies."No. It does not," I agree. "Our interrogation revealed that they were hired by the Silverhair Pack." "I don't know much about how battles are initiated or fought. Is their behavior war related?" she asks. "My parents are still there... my dad is the Beta," she says worriedly."It could be," I reply. "But we have never had issues with another pack trying to attack outside of the battlefield," I assure her. "Made me wonder if you were part of the plan or actually had been exiled from the pack. So I decided I should meet you and try to get a read on you, but you went to a party."She frowns and worry envelops her face. "I am not a part of anything," she says defensively. "I know," I reply. I squeeze her thigh as a comforting gesture. "Anyway, apparently L
JezebelI am overwhelmed. So much has happened in such a short time. Jon is mad at me. He is waiting in the car. I suggested we go visit Shirley, but I didn't mean right this instant. I search his dresser drawers for some sweats. I find a grey pair and put them on. Then I slide on my sneakers, take a deep breath, and prepare to meet Jon in the car."Don't stress too much, Jezzie," Jade says. "A lot may be going on, but it is all meant to happen this way. Change is coming, and we are bringing it. It is all going as planned. just trust the process.""I know, Jade," I sigh. "Knowing all that doesn't make it less stressful, though. I can't help feeling the way I do, despite knowing it will be fine in the end. I am handling it all the best I can. Give me a break.""Just shut up and get your ass outside and in the car," she chuckles. I roll my eyes and do as she says.Jon looks at me as I walk to the car and get in. He checks me out and can not help but smile seeing me wear his clothes."I l
JonI can not believe that Jezebel has so many secrets. I can understand her situation and that she kept these secrets because she is scared, but her revelations are fucking with me a bit. She is my mate and we hardly know anything about each other. Now shit is coming out, and it is all so intense."This prophecy has me anxious," Malachi says. "One of them needs to start talking."I agree. "Which one of you is going to spill the beans?" I ask."I will go first," Jezebel says. "I had a dream my first night here. The ground was sticky, covered in blood...wolves dead all around. There was a white wolf, tinged with black. Wolves circled around him, and although he is strong and took down several of them, he alone was no match for them all. The wolf looked at me with these beautiful amber brown eyes, and I felt possessive. I felt like I needed to help him. So I turned for my first time, and I fought off the wolves with him. Then, Jade mindlinked every wolf on the battlefield and told them t
JezebelThe conversation with Shirley was intense, but it all needed to be said. Jon deserves to know the truth now rather than later."Jon and Malachi took everything so well. It is nice to not have secrets between us and them," Jade says."I was worried for a minute," I reply."I wasn't," says Jade. "Us wolves are not as emotional as you humans. Malachi wasn't that bothered by it."Our conversation is interrupted by Jon opening the car door and lifting me out. I hadn't even noticed we were home. "You ready to finish what we started before I had to leave?" he whispers in my ear as he carries me in the house."No," I whisper back. I look into his intoxicating eyes, and he raises his eyebrow. "I don't want to fuck right now. I want to make love to you." He smiles and leans in to kiss me. The kiss is soft and sweet. We have entered the bedroom and he gently lies me down on the bed. He kisses my neck and softly licks down my entire body as he undresses me. Goosebumps form on my skin, an
JeddI told Jon I would bring Jezebel's stuff by later. I want to check on her and let her know that her mom would like her to call her. The other night was full of chaos! I needed a whole day to recuperate! I can not believe so much has happened in the last few days. There is this heavy energy in the air, and I believe everything that has happened so far is leading up to something bigger, although I haven't quite figured out what yet. After talking to Susan, I fear that whatever it is may involve Jezebel. The night before last, we killed three of the silver haired mutants from Jezebel's old pack. No one has ever killed one before, and now that we have figured out how we have increased our odds against them significantly!I am so exhausted, but I haven't been able to sleep. Too much keeps running through my mind. I couldn't even distract myself last night because my dick won't stay hard. I have never had any performance issues before. Damn all this stress! I go to the bedroom and star
JezebelI can barely look my uncle in the face right now. We just finished laughing about the raunchy sex smell emanating throughout the house because Uncle Jedd tried covering the smell with fruity air fresheners. While I love the scents, after all I picked them out in the first place, they fail to cover our sex stench. This is so awkward. I can't help but giggle again.I grab my mug, and as I bring it to my lips, I notice it says Mrs. on it. I look over at Jon's mug, and it says Mr. "Where did the mugs come from?" I ask curiously. Jon looks down at his and then at mine, only just now noticing what they say. "Aww. Did you get us a gift, you old sap?" Jon questions my Uncle Jedd, teasingly."Yes," he replies. "While it is disturbing me a bit, I am very happy you two have found each other. I am honored to have you as our pack's new Luna," he says, smiling at me. Remembering yesterday's events and the prophecy Shirley and I shared with him, Jon bursts out laughing. I can't help but la
JonAfter Jedd leaves Jezabel commands me to fuck her on the kitchen table."Her dominance is very sexy," Malachi growls. I eagerly oblige, and she lets me finish in her mouth. I am glad I never slept around. Sex could never feel as good with anyone else as it does with Jezebel. She is my mate and everything with her is amazing. I never knew I could feel so happy. I get dressed and reluctantly leave her so I can attend some pack business. When I get out to the car, I dial Bill's number. He answers after the first ring."What can I do for you, Alpha?" he asks."I need to talk with you and Shirley about something urgent," I reply. "When and where can we meet?""We are both at the shop. I can flip the sign to closed and lock the front doors. You can come in through the back," he says nervously."Perfect," I say. "See you soon." I hang up and put my car in reverse, then drive towards the shop.I arrive in about 12 minutes and park out back. The back door opens, and Shirley pops her head
Cassius AKA Caz My twin brother and I just turned 22. As soon as we turned 19, Tristan found his mate, Trinity Henley, the alphas' daughter. I'm still waiting, but I'm not in a hurry. I like my solitude. I love to read and expand my knowledge. My brother is always teasing me about being a book nerd, but our moms love it. They get excited to buy me new books. I'll read anything, but my favorite books are full of mystery, action, and adventure. I love my moms, but they each have a favorite. I was named after our mother, Cassidy, and Tristan was named after our mother, Tisha. Tristan had his first vision when we were 16. Our mother Cassidy is a Prophecy Wolf, and the gift is passed to one child in each generation. Tristan is younger by two minutes. They bond over their gifts, and hence, he is her favorite. Our mother, Tisha, favors me. She calls us the normies. But I'm not a normie. Im just pretending. I see every vision Tristan sees, I just never go into a trance like state. I al
Jezebel Now that all the work is done, it's time for fun. We're celebrating all across the pack with tables of food set up on every corner. Cornhole tournaments. Euchre tournaments. Some of the guys have been playing basketball. There is a lot to enjoy, no matter which part of the pack you venture to. I can't recall a time in my life when I have ever experienced a celebration as magnificent as this! Even a lot of our allies are here. The packs can mingle again, and Uncle Jedd finally found his mate! Her husband died in battle six years ago. She came from the Redwood pack. We sent him to handle some pack business with our new ally, and she happened to be in the vicinity. Her name is Abigail. She moved in with Uncle Jedd right away. They got a bigger and nicer house. She brought her daughter, Evie. She is 22. And her son, Gavin, who is 14. Jon also gets to be reunited with his mom and his siblings. "Oh, she's gorgeous, hunny," Loretta says to Jon after he introduces me. "It's nice t
JezebelI drive as fast as I can toward the entrance of the pack. I can not believe the war has started."Jade?" Silence."Jade!" I cry out nervously, tears cascading down my cheeks. "Please, answer me."Silence."JADE!" I scream. And still... silence. The scream helped alleviate some of the frustration, but I'm still fucking terrified. I'm getting close to the gate. I can see the battle up ahead. I don't know what to do. There are so many wolves a few hundred yards in front of me. Jon is right. In my human form, I am weak. Jade is the real Alpha, not me. Without her, there is nothing I can do. "Jade! What about the vision? Jon does not fight this war alone, Jade. Where the fuck are you?" I growl. The silence is deafening. Maybe this isn't the only battle. Maybe this isn't our time. I decide it's probably best to just turn around and seek refuge with the rest of the innocents like Jon wanted. Before I can put the car in reverse, the passenger door swings open, and someone takes a sea
Spencer"What do you mean they escaped?" I growl.Three of my guards cower in fear before me. The block of cells they were guarding was attacked. Lights cut out. Injections of a sedative given. The fact that Marc and Hazel were discovered in the cell where my prophecy wolves were supposed to be tells me all I need to know. Bonnie and Clyde were plotting to steal one or both of them. The Gods only know where they planned to go because there aren't many options available to them. Going rogue is all they could have done. Stupid. Kids these days just don't have any fucking common sense. And where in the fuck did he get the sedatives? He tried a trick from my book. I bet the security cameras caught them in the act of some things. He must have stolen the sedatives from me. Heathen!"We failed you, Alpha. Punish us as you wish," a cracked voice whimpers, bringing me back to the guards. They all stand there with their heads hung low. They look so pathetic. "Because I need your permission fir
JezebelIt's been almost two weeks since Cassidy and Shirley returned home. Cassidy has been in a coma ever since. She passed out as soon as they stepped through the gates. Everyone is worried. Tisha and Shirley have hardly left her side. The rest of us have been busy. The war is near. We can all feel it in the air. After Marc and Hazel's betrayal and the Redwood pack losing their precious captives, we know we don't have much time. We don't know how much our enemy knows about our pack or the locations of Marc's tunnels. Jon comes up behind me and rubs my shoulders."Stop thinking so much," he lectures. "We have most of the tunnels caved in and traps in the others. It isn't going to be easy for them to get through. We're a fortress," he smirks proudly."It's happening," I reply seriously. "We might win, but it isn't a sure thing. I just wish Cassidy would wake up. Or that we were successful in finding that witch Shirley said helped them escape.""She is tied to the God's somehow. Shirl
Cassidy"I can't believe my mother refused to come with us. I doubt they are going to be very welcoming toward her once we are gone," a voice whispers."Now isn't the time to be crying for mommy. We can't fuck around. We have to be quick if we are going to make it out of here in time," another voice huffs quietly.I can see two silhouettes, but the room is dark, so I can't quite make out who they are, although I have an idea. "Give me the syringe if you aren't going to do anything but whine.""What crawled up your ass and died? You don't have to be such a bitch!" My eyes are adjusting, but I can't see well. Why in the hell is it so dark? "Which one is Cassidy?" One of the voices hisses."Hell, if I know. Great idea cutting the lights.""If I hadn't, then the guard wouldn't have been as easy to take out. Here."One hands something to the other. I hear a scratching sound and then smell sulfur as a match is lit. The match confirms my suspicion that the two intruders are Marc and Hazel
Cassidy"Who are you?" I yell through the bars of our cell door. The girl snickers but doesn't reply."Answer me! What did that dream mean? Why are you here? WHO ARE YOU?" I'm pissed. I don't like mind games."QUIET!" A guard shouts. "Otherwise, you can take a trip to the pit."I have no idea what the pit is, but judging by his sneer, I doubt I want to know. I climb to the top bunk and lie down, huffing. I miss Tisha so much right now. I'm sure she is so worried. I hope she's okay. Wolvesbane pack isn't where she came from, but it has to be where she belongs. I hope Jon and Jezebel recognize that. I hope she's safe. I roll over and face the wall so that my mother can't see the tears slipping down my cheeks. After a few minutes, I hear her get settled on the bottom bunk. Not long after, I drift off to sleep. I dream of the girl and the cup game again. Everything plays out the exact same way. I wake up gasping for breath after choking on the ball again. I sit up in bed and start to scr
JonJezebel and I rush to meet Lance at the other tunnel entrance discovered in the woods. Jedd and Tisha are on their way as well. Their tunnel didn't lead anywhere interesting. It forked off. Each fork led to different spots in the town. Someone had to have helped this kid! If not, he was highly determined and must have started working on them at like the age of ten to have dug as much as he did. My mind is seriously blown at his accomplishment. "How long since they went through?" Jezebel asks, as we approach Lance."About twenty minutes," he responds.Jedd and Tisha arrived just before us. I take a deep breath and help Lance pull the rock door. I rush inside before Tisha can, so that it is me leading this time. We cautiously make our way forward. Our footsteps echo in the eerie silence. Knowing that Shirley and Cassidy were just taken through this tunnel has us all more anxious to secure them than before. It's like when something is right there at your fingertips, but you haven't b
When I first discovered the app, I read books from it. I was intrigued by writing my own book, but I wasn't confident I could do it. After writing over thirty chapters, I felt good about the book I was creating. I struggle with Bipolar and OCD. I am a full-time student and stay-at-home mom. My children are homeschooling. I have a lot on my plate and probably shouldn't have added more. These past two years have been rough, and I have really struggled mentally. Of course, I haven't done well setting aside time to write... Everything has been incredibly overwhelming. I appreciate that people discovered my book and love it. I apologize that I haven't kept up with chapters well enough to keep y'all satisfied. The mean comments have turned this book into a burden that sometimes I feel like I will never get finished. But I am persevering, and for anyone still reading... thank you, and I truly am sorry. My family just made a big move from Indiana to Texas. Once we are settled, I have high hop
