Can silence be an answer?

Could words be expressed without even saying them?

Would Edrien have feelings for me?

Impossible.

“Get out.” She grumbled, looking down from her to her hands in his lap, ignoring us.

“Well, I know what I needed to know,” Abby chattered timidly, putting her arm around my arm and pulling me out with her, “See you, Edrien, I hope you get better, we miss you at school.”

"Close the door." He roared energetically, we jumped in fright and closed it as soon as we could.

“How can you like someone that angry.” she huffed impatiently.

“I can't believe he didn't refuse.”

“He likes you,” he danced his tail against my hip, celebrating, “he likes you, you understand?”

“I don't know, he didn't say that either.”

“What an arithmetic you are, he didn't say otherwise either.” She rubbed me cheekily, laughing softly.

“Abby, stop it, you embarrass me,” I moved away from her a little, “I don't have a rhythm? Oh really? “It was the worst song you’ve ever sung.”
