“I thought you were not going to open the door. I was almost going to get the spare key and open the door, I don’t want you to starve to death,”

Luca said when Nora opened the door. Nora rolled her eyes and turned back.

“I still can’t believe you can walk without your wheelchair,”

He commented and she turned back to glare at him. He only saw her walking when she had tried to use the restroom last night in his room and had been shocked.

“I used to be able to walk with them perfectly well until I met you. This? This isn’t me working, I literally look like a child who is learning to walk,”

Nora fired at him and watched his expression change. Okay, maybe she was too harsh on him. She already promised herself that she wasn’t going to bring up what happened or blame him anymore, he just caught her off guard and she got defensive. She had to learn how to work when she had nothing else to do the week he was away, not like she could cover long distances yet. But she knew once she put her min
