“I am back and I found some clothes Emily hasn’t worn just yet, we are good,”

Maria commented as she walked back into the room. Nora had lots of questions burning in her head but she didn’t ask them. Instead, she remained silent as Maria helped her out of the bed and onto the wheelchair. It took a lot of effort and pain before she finally settled on the wheelchair but she didn’t let the older woman see her pain as she didn’t want her to feel guilty about hurting her.

“Now, please wash up and I will go get your breakfast while you are at it, I hope you like omelet as that’s what if for breakfast,”

Maria said.

“Anything is fine, I just need to eat so that I can take my medications,”
