Alpha Jasper's POV

The tension in the room was palpable. It was as if the next minute, the walls would begin to crack and then it would finally cave in on us.

While Selena was trying to get her words, I tightened the grip on her neck, trying to force out the words I wanted to hear from her mouth.

She continued darting her eyes around, maybe in bid to seek help from her parents who always stood up for her but their time around, I wasn't going to let that happen.
