6. Accusations and denial

I couldn't sleep.

I tried to sleep but I couldn't because all I can think about was how to punish that red hair for what she did to me.

I have been thinking of many ways to punish her. I've been thinking of her to make her regret what she did to me.

If she thinks she can continue to live here in a vicarious way as lives while in her pack then she's wrong because I won't be hesitating to put her in her place.

I will not only make her regret that but I will punish her in a way she would be scared of my presence.

Everyone respects me but she constantly disrespects me and runs her mouth as if she can handle me.

"Alpha Damon." I heard Dante my guard voice from outside.

"Come in," I ordered and shortly he entered my room.

I sat up in my bed. He bowed his head in form of respect as he stood in front of me.

"Did you find out who it was that locked Lilian up?" I asked.

"I am yet to find out Alpha but lady Darcy seeks your audience," he answered.

Darcy? What brings her here? Darcy is a friend of mine who I grew up with and she was one of the few people that could seek my audience simply because I am not one to approach easily.

"Okay, "I told him.

He nodded his head before turning on his heels to let her in. I got up from my bed and walked to my chamber to see her.

She was standing in the middle of the chamber when I entered.

When she lifted her face for me to see, I saw tears in her eyes making me curious to know what it is that happened to her.

"What brings you here Darcy?" I asked as I take my seat.

"Are you going to speak?" I asked when She doesn't speak up.

"Your Luna raided my room," she informed me.

My Luna? And by my Luna she means Lilian? What could Lilian have done? Why would she raid her room?

That little red hair is acting out of place.

"What happened?" I asked.

"I do not know. She not only threw the food my maid was supposed to bring to me but she promised that she would make my life a living hell," she said domaines.

"Just like that?" I asked.

It wasn't that I did not believe her because I know that Lilian is someone who likes to act out but I wanted to know how Lilian knew about her and what made Lilian go after her.

As much as I would agree that Lilian attacked her because she was just a crazy wolf, I wanted to know what made her do so and how she found her room.

"Dante!" I called.

"Yes Alpha," he responded.

"Go and bring Lilian before me," I ordered.

He bowed his head before walking away. Shortly he came back with Lilian.

From the minute she stepped her foot into my chamber, I did not fail to take note of her face and body expression.

At first, she was confused as to why she was called by the minute her eyes landed on Darcy, she smiled.

What a psycho she is. I will have to punish her by making her stay outside knowing well it would rain later today while she on her knees so that she knows not to mess with me.

"So what is this about?" She asked.

She had not acknowledged my presence or shown signs of respect as she went to sit down which angered me.

I clenched my fist, trying to calm myself so as not to get too angry.

"What did you do to Darcy and why did you do it?" I asked but before she could speak I raised my hand, signaling that she doesn't bother to speak.

"Oh, I know. You entered her room and harassed her." I said in a stern tone and she scoffed.

"If I knew you were calling me for this then I sousing have come," she tells me.

Did she just say she wouldn't have come if she wanted to? Who does she think she's talking to? Her father? Because I'm not her father and I won't be tolerating any of her misbehavior.

"You called me here to do what? To punish me? Oh, you said you don't want me to say anything but guess what? I will speak because I already told you that you won't be the boss of me," she smiled.

She got up from where she was seated, walking towards Darcy.

"You sent her to lock me up thinking I'd be scared and afterward hid like some chicken? Isn't that it?" She said, looking at me.

Was it Darcy who locked her up? But why would Darcy do that?

"This lady here, with the fake tears..."

"I swear I have never seen her before. I didn't even attend your wedding. I don't know her yet she claimed that I was the one who had locked her up and she harassed me!" Darcy interjected.

"What? Why are you lying? You haven't seen me?" She scoffed as if she couldn't believe it.

"Where did you see me? Are you sure that it was me?" Darcy turned to face Lilian.

"Oh stop lying before I pull out your eyelashes! Stop pretending! You came to me last night and you were nice and I thought you were nice and I let my guard down. I thought that you were taking me to a room so that I would sleep for the nice and I fell for that bullshit story of tours and thought that I might just have a wrong impression of every member of this pack but what did you do? You locked me in that room and you left me even after I called and pleaded that you open it and that’s what I hate! Pleading!” Lilian spoke at length.

Lilian is accusing Darcy of locking her in the room and Darcy is denying everything about seeing her and I do not know what to say about it simply because I don’t know who is lying and who is not and as much as I would love to take Darcy side as a means to punish Lilian, I won’t be able to because I always loved to be just and fair.

“I don’t know what you are talking about because all I know is that you harassed me and also I don’t go about telling my stories to people I don’t know so I don’t know who it is that you are talking about. Someone must have impersonated me,” Darcy defended.

“Oh come on. Stop trying to make it seem like I’m some crazy wolf! You are the one who locked me the reason you are denying is that he…” Lilian pointed at me.

“Your Alpha sent you to and so you will deny it because you wouldn’t be stupid to accept that you did and in his order,” she sneered.

“Enough!” I growled.

I glared at Lilian. She has been running her mouth and not only had she hit me earlier but she is disrespecting me in front of the members of my pack if I don’t punish her then she would think I’m someone she can keep speaking to in that way and manner.

“And you think your voice will get me to shut up?” She chided.

“I already told you that I am not scared of you and I don’t care about you! You can’t treat me like some shit and expect me to respect you! You locked me out of the room, locked in a dark room, and you…” she trailed off exhaling.

“Anyways. I have done what it is that I did and I will make it clear to you right here and now and that is, do not think that anyone would take advantage of me simply because I’m new here because I’m not someone who would let anyone bully me. This is just a taste of the many actions I can take if I’m hurt so be warned,” she said in a stern tone as if warning me.

I’d be damned if I don’t punish her today.

“I’m leaving.” She said and turned to face Farcy.

“You can deny as much as you can but let me tell you this and that is don’t ever try to test me because as I promised earlier, I’d shave off your hair and I dare you to test me,” she said firmly before walking out of the room.

I clenched my fist. How dare she!

“I swear Alpha, I didn’t do anything to her. I was surprised when she came to me. Why would I do that to her?” Darcy cried.

Darcy is one of the people around me that is soft. Why would Lilian vehemently accuse her and why would Darcy lock her up that is if she did which I doubt.

I will have to get to the bottom of this.
