Chapter Fifty Six - Coffee

When I entered the lobby, I went to look for my son in the bedroom and smiled after seeing him sleeping soundly there.

I squinted my eyes after seeing that he looked dirty as if he was playing outside without me knowing.

“Tain, sweetie, wake up, you need to clean yourself before going to sleep.” I gently nudged his shoulders, forcing him to wake up.

“H-Huh what? Are we going to run another lap?” Tain asked before yawning, which made me confused.

“What do you mean laps, Tain? Have you been running while I was away?” I curiously asked and he nodded.

“Yes, Mommy, I joined because I was invited. It was fun, a lot of us were running in the backyard.” Tain smiled before yawning.

“And who invited you to do this? I told you to rest, sweetie.” I sounded a little bit annoyed, but he shook his head.

“I am perfectly fine, Mommy, I really needed to run, it removed all the soreness I have in my body!” He jumped on the bed while flexing his small muscles.
