Gabriella

    Listening to Samuel carry on about how I was his and no matter what was going to be his I was done. This man did not know who he was up against. I did not want a mate, not that I thought I was actually his mate. Why did everyone think that a girl always wants a mate? I liked my life. I did not want to mate, did not want a man or mate, did not want to have to answer to anyone but me. I wanted to train and train others. Nowhere in my makeup was to be someone's little misses and host parties and have pups. 

    OH GODDESS. He wanted a pup, I would be required to have pups. I am not a pup girl, that was my brother Levi. Ha, maybe he would go for Levi. I snickered to myself. How the hell was I supposed to raise a family? That wasn’t in me. With what was left of my resolve I made my decision.

    “Well then in that case,” I said with my cat ate the canary grin “ I, Gabriella Hunt, reeee” 

    “DON’T YOU FUCKING DARE” He growled before slamming his lips against mine. Before I knew it I was pressed even further into the wall as he smashed his lips onto mine. He deepened the kiss. I went to smack him with my right hand only for it to be brought up above my head. Before I could even think of using my left hand, He brought it up and held both of his hands in a tight grip. With his free hand it began to roam up my shirt cupping my breast slightly pinching my erect nipple. 

    The pinching caused me to yelp, and he capitalized on my squeak and dove his tongue into my mouth deepening the kiss impossibly further.     ‘No, she needs to be ours and know we are hers. She does not need a wolf to be marked. She does not need to be of age to bear our mark. DO IT NOW!’ Silas growled. I could not believe that he would do such things. 

    It wasn’t completely unheard of. In the older times women were often taken from their homes at 14 or younger depending on her lineage and were marked to show ownership. Marking would not hurt her and oftentimes when she gained her wolf she would need to be marked again. But to do this to anyone was frown upon. 

    I increased the pressure of the kiss and as she attempted to knee my jewels, I laughed as I placed her hot and dripping cunt onto my leg. “GABRIELLA!! GABRIELLA!! OPEN YOUR EYES. Open your eyes beautiful. Please Gabi. Please Gabi. Don’t leave me, I need you. You are my calm. Please.” I cried. I, an Alpha, cried, for a girl he just met. I must be absolutely pathetic. 

‘Roman I need you to go get the compound doctor and report to my room. Thaddeus, go find Gabriel and tell him it's Gabi.’ I mind linked my team ‘Remmie, Reign please go with Thaddeus and get a set of clothing for Gabi. I need everyone to move now. Meet in my room in 5.’  I cut the link before rotating Gabi into my arms and sprinting back the way we came towards the barracks room.

I got to the room at the same time as Roman and the doctor as I saw Gabriel, Antony and Thaddeus coming down the hall towards me. Gabriel looked worried and scared that his baby girl was lying limply in my arms, while Antony looked almost murderous with rage.

“Alpha Samuel, what happened?” The doctor asked me to head into my room and shut the door behind me. “Let us speak first then we will be with you shortly.”

Once the doctor shut the door I broke and told him everything. From finding out she was my mate, to her age, to her trying to reject me, to me marking her.

“I need to get more information from her father, do you mind if I pull him into the room? I need to know more about her to properly understand everything.” he said.

“That is fine I can have my men let him in.”

‘Roman please tell Gabriel to come in, the doctor needs to speak with him. No one else is allowed to enter the room. Stand guard on your Luna.’

‘Yes, Alpha. Should I link Thaddeus and the other guards?’

‘No, just inform Thaddeus. Gabriella should never be left unsupervised. She is now marked and is mine.’

‘Yes, Alpha. Luna will never be harmed. Not that anyone could. Did you see how she handles herself? Sam, she's a total badass.’ Thaddeus broke through stating.

My men are already enamored with her. I don't blame them much as I too was already in love with her. Not that I loved her yet as that would grow with time. But I was in love with her strength, her power, her aura, and most of all her personality. She was challenging, and I knew she would always challenge me to be my best. 

“Sir, I wanted to ask you about your daughter. Alpha Samuel stated that she was 17. Has she been experiencing any headaches, mood swings, complaining of muscle aches, tiredness, fatigue, insomnia. Anything like that?”

“Well she typically does not come to me unless it is something serious so I do not fully know. Though I have noticed the headaches and she hasn’t slept well in a few days. Her eyes have been growing increasingly darker. I was hoping tonight she would actually get a good night's sleep since she has found her mate.” He said pointedly at me. 

“Alpha Samuel, stated that she was only 17 is that correct?” He asked Gabriel. Gabriel shook his head up and down for yes and looked at the doctor quizzically. “Was there anything different other than her mother passing for the pregnancy? Like did she progress abnormally fast? Did the mother experience a harder pregnancy than with her previous pregnancies? Was she born prematurely?” The doctor started rapid fire questions at Gabriel. The doctor was beginning to scare me.

“Well pregnancy was pretty normal I would say. Her mother did have a rougher time but we figured that she was going to have another boy and an alpha but her mother was also much older too so we attributed this to the age difference. Gabriella was born  prematurely but only by a week. She was actually rather large for a preemie.” By the time Gabriel finished I was starting to rage.

“What does any of this have to do with why Gabriella is comatose?” I ground out. It was taking everything in me not to shake the shit out of this doctor. Gabriel just looked on and laughed as it was the most comical thing he ever saw. 

“The reason for these questions is to determine the condition of Gabriella's wolf.”

“Gabi doesn’t have a wolf” Gabriel and I say in unison. 

“Oh, but you are wrong. It's a misconception that we do not get our wolves until 18 but that is wrong. Gabi has had her wolf since birth. Your wolf decides when to appear and this comes with maturity. Gabriella’s wolf has decided that now with the appearance of her mate to appear. She must feel that with her mate here that Gabriella is now complete.” 

“So then why is she unresponsive?” I asked.

“Well when you marked her, her wolf put her in a slumber in order to make the transition easier for both of you. With Gabriella being marked and not yet transitioned will cause pain for the both of you. Your mate has an amazing wolf. Truly, I have never experienced a more experienced and calculated wolf. Your mate is truly one of a kind. Keep her close to Alpha. She will be coveted by all Alphas. Her wolf would rival that of the ancient Royal Lycans.” The Doctor explained. I knew she was special but damn, didn't know she was that special. 

    “Doc, She was always my queen, gifted or not. She will always be my queen wolf or not. I do not care what she is, SHE. IS. MINE” I said possessively. I looked to the bed and my heart broke looking at her. She is my everything and right now she looks so helpless. “She will always be protected. I will protect her with my dying breath. No one will ever bring her pain again.” I looked at Gabriel “Sir, I am sorry I marked her before her change. But I must tell you, I do not know how else to explain it but she's my world. My men and I will guard her with our lives while she rests. You need not worry, she will never want for anything.” I tell him sincerely.

    “Sam, I never doubt for a minute that you would be able to resist at least marking her. All I ask is that you treat her right. I will never step in between the two of you. Her brothers on the other hand. That boy is on you. I can not hold them back as they are extremely possessive of her. And now we know exactly why.”

    “You are right Gabriel. She was never going to transition until she met Alpha Sam. She needed you. Her wolf felt she would not be ready for her until she had you in her system. You marking did not cause this, you marking her is what completed her. Her wolf is royalty, her wolf knew this and needed her king to protect her. Prepare Alpha. She is going to draw even the worst of creatures out from the dark. Gabriel, now may be the time to bring back your sons. This compound is fortified well and should be her kingdom. When she wakes she will need to claim the title and with that she needs her army Alpha.” I could not believe what the doctor was saying. My mate. She was a queen. 

    “I will send for my pack. We will relocate here and fortify the compound and secure it, if you will allow us. She will always be protected. Gabriel, my pack has many warriors and all of them are well trained, but you and your sons are the greatest. Please help my warriors to become the best for their queen and Luna. I need to call my beta and gamma in to begin preparations. My sisters are also present and will help guard and protect their sister in law. They are going to enjoy this assignment. They are well trained in many weapons, and always strapped and one of them is an excellent healer in Homeopathic medicine. Even here. Sorry Gabriel they are always strapped and do not care for the rules. They should be here any minute to help change the Luna and prepare our queen.

    At that same moment I heard my sisters raising hell attempting to enter the room. I could hear Thaddeus and Roman telling them to wait. They were not going to wait to meet their Luna. Then I hear a larger commotion as a voice that I vaguely remember telling them that they were not coming anywhere close to the room. 

    “Well Alpha, I do believe that we need to calm this situation down before it becomes even messier.” Gabriel said. I appeared to be enjoying all of this racket.
