Chapter 122.2
Sam I had been in a wild and peaceful sleep, I was in the body of Salis. My long white fur is shining in the full moon. Alongside me runs a small black and white spotted pup. He eyes the brightest emerald green of his mothers. I could feel the bond to this pup and knew that this pup was mine. Salis and I run with him when we stop by a distant lake that allows the moon to reflect off of its turquoise surface. Sitting down both the pup and I look out along the water and sit silently taking in the sight. ‘Dad. Tell mommy it wasn’t her fault. We love her but it was not yet our time. We will come back, but Mommy needs more time.’ She said, turning to look at Salis and I. ‘Oh sweet baby. I am so sorry. I should have done more to protect and support your mommy.’ I replied back as I could feel the tears falling down our face. ‘It was not anybody's fault Daddy. Mommy needs more time. The Goddess said she needs to finish her mission. IChapter 122.3 GabiOne minute I was sitting and joking with Samuel’s sisters the next the feelings of exhaustion, that led to dizzy spells. The very last thing that I remember before my world went white was the fact that I had been sitting next to Samuel with him asking what was wrong. Then nothing. No sound. No scent. No nothing. I did not know how long it actually was before I began to feel again. I felt like I was greatly missing something. Something was gone. I couldn’t put my finger on exactly what that could be but, I knew that once I did, I would not like the out come. I could hear hushed murmurs coming from around the room but still I couldn’t tell who they were or where we were. But the tingles that went up and down my arms told me that Samuel had to be one of them. My mate was here. The past few times I had been in this type of state had driven him damn near mad with worry. Yet, I still couldn’t command my body to come back. O
Chapter 123RomanI had been at the Brothel for too long. Kayla was seriously getting on my nerves. When we were not in the playroom she was stalking me around the damn brothel like a damn bitch in heat. Several times I had to kick her out of my bed. Many of the times after a session. But several in between sessions. Kayla’s and my show had also been growing in popularity amongst many of the shifters that came into the club. Even humans from many in the towns around the area had started to come into the club to watch me torture the shit out of Kayla. And painfully so. Many of the times there would be some of Alpha Doug's men in the crowd and on those days I would make sure to do my absolute worst. Kayla wasn’t like many submissives. The bitch actually enjoyed the pain. A lot of pain. Even the damn humans were able to smell the damn whores arousal when I would start in on her. So much so that the number of Alpha Doug's men that would come into the c
Chapter 123.2RomanAfter leaving Alpha and the douche canoes, I went back to my room and packed up the little bit of things that I had with me. Mostly clothing and a few books to keep me occupied in my down time. After several long hours, I made my way down to Nicolas’s office. I needed to know that he was okay and that he was not harmed.Nicolas wasn’t a bad guy, he just liked to run a clean establishment for those that had different types of kinks. While the man smelled human, I knew that he wasn’t. Humans were not allowed to really know about our community. So when Nicolas opened this club, like the many other types that he had opened, he made sure to not let it be known that he wasn’t anything more than a Human. Meanwhile, hiding his true identity. There weren’t many Mages left in the world. They were a rare race because their powers were those of a mixed breed. They were what I would call a mix between a va
Chapter 123.3RomanFor the past three days I have been adapting to my new role as a guard. When they brought me in, I was immediately taken to my room before the head guard came and informed me that I would be filling in as the supervisory guard for the breeders. As they called them. I hadn’t yet seen Savenia, as the times that I had been doing my duties she was with the man she was assigned to for the month. But the conditions here were deplorable. I wouldn’t even allow an animal or pest to live in these conditions, let alone the many women that were currently being housed here.Currently, I share the job title with one another. We would shift our times of duty. Like myself, the other guy was allotted 48 hours off but had opted to have them separated as he would use his 24 hour down time to visit the brothel. I was just thankful that at no time had he come back from the brothel smelling like my Lucy. I still did not know at that time
Chapter 123.4Roman**As Promised we are resuming the story. For those that went ahead and skipped ahead, that is okay. I understand and do not judge you for that. I have to say that letting my characters tell their story broke a little piece of my heart as well. As well as bringing up several painful memories. We are resuming after a week. What you missed will be explained in this chapter. Happy reading**I didn’t think I was going to like exactly what he was going to talk to me about, but as much as Nicolas had done for me, I wasn’t going to talk with him. Levi followed Nicolas’s lead as I followed in behind them both as we headed towards Nicolas’s office. Once in his office, Nicolas hit a switch and we could hear a loud buzzing noise. Ronnie was whining and growling at the“Nicolas, what the hell?” I asked him.“I just set up a silencer.
Chapter 124GabiThe loss of my baby had me devastated. The only comfort I found was that soon my little baby girl would be coming back to me. I had been sorting through many of the documents strewn over my desk. I was missing my mate and baby but Sam and I had taken the loss of our baby and drew strength. We were bonding together harder.Deciding that he could no longer stay so far away from me even though his office was right next to mine, he had moved his desk so to speak to my room and began to do his work at the small coffee table that I had on a couch in what I had deemed my reading nook. My shelves were filled with not only my pack politics and all the information I would need to read, but also my romance books about strong heroines that kicked ass. My one and only guilty pressure. Or a sign that I wasn’t the ‘Robot’ that everyone had deemed me to be.With a soft knock on my door, it pulled me away from my thou
Chapter 125 Alec The time had finally come. I was excited but nervous. I had taught classes before, but I wasn’t ever in line to become Dean of my own University. And yet here I was. Waking up, I felt the sparks of nervous energy coursing through my blood. I couldn’t wait to welcome my new students. Yet at some time, I also felt the missing piece of this whole experience. Savenia. She deserves to be here with me right now. Many of these plans had been hers. She had an intellect that would rival my own. I had been missing her fiercely as of late. But I would do this for her. While my heart and soul ached for her, while her visits were helping to ease my wolf and I, it still wasn’t enough. The second is the annoying beeping of my alarm alerting me to the time I was up and in the shower. I was quick as I got myself ready. By 630 am, I was working on waking James. He was a lot like his mother in that he hated mornings and would struggle to get up and dressed in the morning. Amber h
Chapter 125.2 Athea Once the bus stopped in front of the large apartment-looking building, we were all instructed to grab our items on our persons but to leave our luggage that was under the bus. We were herded to the stage that was in front of the apartments with grass that looked like it had seen lots of battles as it was in patches and had a worn-yellowed look. I looked up at the stage and saw a large group of people huddled together talking and laughing with one another. Many of the men looked as if they were related, as they all seemed to be the same height of hair coloring and the few that I could see facing me had the same facial bone structure. Strange, but from what I had gathered was that the Academy had been opened by a man named Gabriel and his kids also worked together. The man standing in front with his back facing the crowd was the one to turn around, causing everyone else in their group to quiet and form a straight line behind him. “Let me be the first to welcome y
