Callum didn't take Wendy's warning seriously at all.

"Let it be. It's time you both met some of the connections my father has. Maybe this will help spark some chemistry between Hugo and Wendy," he muttered confidently.

He knew very well what gave Wendy her confidence—Felix's connection to Kane. But could Kane really dominate all of Avesburgh? The answer was obviously no.
